ITs not clear whether they do quality work or not, since getting past the girl that answers the phones and to the point of actually having a real sign made never occured despite almost two months of trying. Listening to stories about a sick mother and blaming me (the customer) for tweaking the first draft of my sign, (isn't that what drafts are for?) I finally abandoned ship..not wanting to do business with a company run like this. Too bad I wasted valuable time hoping they would finally come through. Our business contacted Texas Custom Signs in an effort to have a 2 sided exterior sign done. Initially, all my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner. However, upon completion of the sign...the install crew did now have us come out and check sign or sign off on work...they just left. Upon inspection of the sign, the anchors attaching the sign were only finger tight with one that wouldn't tighten at all. I contacted my salesperson (Brian) in reference to my concerns. He said he would have a crew check on it in a few days. I continued to email Brian and he said his main guy had checked it out and it was fine. I also asked why the remainder of the balance (50% was paid prior to job being ordered) was charged onto credit card when there was no follow up in regards to quality, workmanship, install, etc. After a week, I again emailed Brian about the loose anchors. He said again that his main installer had looked at them and they were "fine". I tightened the anchors myself, but sill have one that won't tighten. So, my final review of this business is this...initially everything was fine but after money was paid...follow up fell off as well as service. Quality was below average and just general feedback is lacking. read more

Texas Custom Signs did a great job! They replaced a large concrete marker on parkland in a greenbelt in our neighborhood. The sign is beautiful and according to neighbors, looks better and is of higher quality than the old sign that was damaged in an auto accident. Best of all, Texas Custom Signs had fabulous follow through, was willing to work with an insurance company, and was in constant contact with our neighborhood association and the City Parks Dept. throughout the process. This review is long overdue. Kevin and has team has put signs in my business for over 5 years in three different locations. He has been able to handle signs for me from $100 to $100k. They are always quick to respond and drove over an hour and half to fix a minor problem I had with one sign. You might be able to find some cheap online sign company for a little less price, but service makes up when you need signs for your business. They produce most of their signs and reduced time and mistakes. Will use more in the future. read more

I tried to get my neon sign repaired, they said it would be ready in a week. I came back, the tech said it takes a FEW weeks. Two weeks later, she said it would be ready. I came by....not ready. Next she said it was ready and all she had to do was pick it up from the other office.. Still not ready. After a month of this, I picked it up myself. It never got repaired. I felt glad to get it back at all! Never can I remember such lousy service and so many trips back and forth for nothing! read more

My company is a startup company so money for us is a BIG issue. The prices that we were quoted by Brian Leslie our rep were so reasonable. They have made all of our property signs for us. Brian is so committed to his customers. I messed up and sent him a wrong address for 2 signs! I sent him an email and he is getting it fixed for me right a way.
