I have been to this location of AlphaGraphics on Parmer a number of times. I have been very pleased with each interaction. The employees have always been friendly too which I appreciate. As odd as it may sound - my favorite job to bring to them is books to be spiral bound (and the spines removed) with laminated covers added. I have brought them countless titles to fix this way. They are the only place in the immediate area I have found to perform this task- and I have always been pleased. The turn around time has been quick too. Tammy - NOT helpful at all. Avoid Tammy. Don't even talk to Tammy. In fact, avoid this Alpha Graphics location in general. They're not interested in helping you if they're not going to make a bunch of money off you. I'm sure they'll bend over backwards if you spend a lot, but for small jobs, just go to FedEx Office. They're exceptionally rude, won't go out of their way to do anything for you, and don't seem interested in helping you with any of the logistics of your job. BAD location. I've had a great experience at Alpha Graphics elsewhere, but skip this location. You'll be glad you did. read more

Within minutes I was contacted with a quote for exactly what I asked about. I then asked if I could get them today. They actually squeezed me in and I got my postcards that day! I got massage gift cards done here. The quality was outstanding and very cost effective. They were quick despite it being a very busy time for them. The owner took care of me personally (even though it was a very small job) and helped me decide on paper. He picked paper that showed off my design well and looked far better in the end than what I was expecting. Ever since new ownership has taken over, quality and customer service has gone WAY down. I have used this location for years and have never experienced this kind of lack of care or ownership for mistakes. I sent a file to be printed over a week ago and went to pick up yesterday and it had never gotten printed. These were Christmas cards, mind you, so now not only am I not able to send out our family cards due to my project falling through the cracks because they "had more important projects" to print, when I asked about it, Craig pretty much said that I wasn't owed a discount and that the only discount he would give me would be to print my cards before somebody else's - 7 days late and two business days before Christmas. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I wish the other owners would have never sold to these guys. I am a freelance designer and print quite a few jobs a year there. Not anymore. read more
