It's the season. Mailing off Christmas goodies to my family back home. I got here right as they opened. Hoping to beat the mad rush and long lines. One of the boxes was pretty heavy so I knew it was going to cost a lot plus it was going to Maine.. And the other 2 were going to be a lot less of a cost. So grateful for the UPS store and their professionalism. They handled my boxes with care. Making their measurements and weight and adding the shipping label to each one. I was told roughly when they would get to their destination. I was also given the tracking number too. Again, grateful for the men and women that handle our packages not only at Christmas time when things get crazy, but throughout the year. Thank you. read more

The UPS Store - Printing Services Near Me - Austin, Texas

The staff here always goes above and beyond. Super friendly, fast and efficient, with a smile on their faces. :D Service is definitely five stars all the way. There is often a line at this busy location, but the employees work very swiftly. There is almost always at least two staff on any shift. The store has everything you need for all of your shipping requirements. Typically open parking spots right in front of the storefront. Deduct one star for the self-service machines that are often right malfunctioning (hence the long lines). read more

The UPS Store - When you shop too much online. Lol. Returns... - Printing Services Near Me - Austin, Texas

Went to the UPS store to mail a package this morning (9/24/2026) and it was still not open by 10am. This is no the first time this particular store is not open by posted hours. read more

Slaughter Ln. location. I have been putting this off for years because I wanted to understand that their jobs aren't easy. Also, everyone has to do well at the jobs, even when its not easy; so I've had enough. I'm completely out of patience. They make the USPS, look stellar. There has now been a huge folders worth of mistakes by the staff. Valerie used to run a great location and then it went down hill. Lost mail?/many, many un-returned phone calls/ unprocessed requests/possibly even stolen checks. Interestingly, last time I paid them with debit card numbers there was fraud the next day on my account. Could it have been another business? Sure, but now I don't trust this office so I don't know. Then yesterday, they shut down my PO box 15 days before it was due. I will call tomorrow and they better reinstate it with the same number. read more

This location is decent. The employees are dry, but they do their job. There's also a few meth heads near this location so I would go somewhere else for safety reasons. read more

We always have our wine from California shipped to this location. They hold it for us and change a small handling fee. It allows us to be out of town and not have to be at home to sign for the wine. read more

This location doesn't care about customers. They open late every day and don't even apologize for sleeping in and not giving a damn. Waste of time coming to this location. Poor training, incompetent employees. 9am opening usually means 9:30+ read more

Great easy location and quick service. Love the self serve scan your code and bag area. Makes things go quicker.

Way too expensive, smells bad, not worth going. Just go to the post office and save your money.

The employees have always been friendly and helpful to me (even offering to help me take out large boxes when they could). I have a UPS box there and many times I have boxes delivered that are WAY larger than will fit in my box. They have never complained. They have been great to work with. This is a busy store. Be patient, they want to be of service. read more

The owner of this UPS is not customer friendly. She hides behind her employees to give directives. The address was entered incorrectly when given to send out my package. I understand that I approved it but I also had an infant on my hip and was scatterbrained. Then the UPS in NJ messed up. inevitably, there was a lot of human error that happened with my shipment. but I figured it would be OK because it was sent back here and I could just resend it. I even spoke to UPS customer service and they said because there was so much human error on everybody's part that they would be able to send it back out without additional costs. But the owner of this place is either money hungry or extremely not caring because she said that I had to pay the $40 shipping fee again if I wanted it to go back out. Would not recommend the store. read more

As others have stated, I've come at 9am on multiple occasions... waited until 9:30am and no one shows up so I leave. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO REFLECT WHEN YOU ARE RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS. Why disrespect your customers time? It just makes people frustrated for no good reason and they probably end up taking it out on your staff, which isn't favorable for anyone. read more

Here I am yet again. It's now 9:10AM and still no one has arrived. This has happened multiple times as other customers have stated. Waiting... waiting...waiting... read more

The staff is great! Easy to complete Amazon returns. They need to hire more staff. The current employees are overworked. Probably from all the Amazon returns. Often there's a line and rude impatient customers. My heart goes out to the staff that have to put up with some of the "I'm more important than everyone else" types. Owners, hire more workers to help alleviate these "easy to see" issues. read more

I walked in to do a return and right away I was greeted by Billy, he helped me tape my return and label it in the matter of seconds. In and out quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this location thanks to Billy! Great service! read more

I came in this afternoon in a rush to print, sign a document and then scan it. The lady there saved me when the printer could not read the USB drive (my fault) , I offered to drive home and fix it but she said no I'll use my pc in the back. She solved it and saved my life because I was in a time crunch. People have complained about the mess but I liked it. It's a real place, real working business and from the amount of locals coming in, I'm not the only one appreciating the old school vibe read more

Unreliable!! the store does not open at designated store hours. Such a terrible service.

As others have stated, this location never opens on time. If you want to open at 9:30 am, that's fine, but don't post that you open at 9:00 am and waste our valuable time. read more

this location has been my go-to for a long time. i feel like alot of bad review are made out of frustration and not genuinely bad experiences. This location is always busy, as this part of town is busy, but I've never had a bad experience here. read more

Please don't use this store. I walked up and was literally 2 steps away and made eye contact with the employee and she shut the door and locked it. I thought she left the keys in the lock or something and didn't realize they close at 2:30 pm. So rude and I will make sure none of my family uses their services and hope I can influence my neighbors to use another store. read more

The gentleman declared he couldn't even get into the system right now to process my return with a crass attitude. It's not his fault, but his attitude was comparable to a child crying for sympathy. read more

I'd rate them a 0 if I had the chance. They lost a $600 camera and refuse to help at all, much less even take accountability. Now I'm having to purchase another camera due to THEIR mistake & shitty customer service. I'll never use this company again. read more

Service is fine, but the store is usually really, really messy. And the last couple times I've been in, the clerk hasn't been wearing a mask. Not OK. read more

The man who runs this store is an absolute POS. He has zero charm or ability to be nice for any and all customers. Acts like we are lucky to be in his presence and as if he holds the key to shipping anything by mail. I have literally turned around and walked out of the store when I see he is working the desk. The female there is lovely and terrific to work with. Wish she would tell him to stay in the back and stack boxes so he doesn't piss off the customers. He has a face and a personality that is not meant to be seen or heard. Get rid of him and I'll come back. read more

Bad service, twice...not risking a third. My first time at this location was a year ago. At that time, it was convenient and on my way to my next destination. It was a package being returned to an online seller and had a prepaid label attached. I went in and heard a voice ask if I was just dropping off come from the back. I confirmed and I was told to just leave the package on the counter. I did and left the store, but the package never did. I tracked the package over the course of two weeks, calling the store daily for updates. The older male employee was irritated with my calls and matched the sound of the voice that asked me to just leave my package. Fortunately, the seller reimbursed me, even though I had no receipt to show proof that the package ever made it to the UPS store. My second visit was the day before Thanksgiving (November 2019). Similar circumstances withe a return/ prepaid label, but this time I stayed for a receipt. After the first experience, I didn't even want to return to this location, but again...it was convenient and on the way to my next destination. I went in and waited in an expected lengthy line. The older male at the counter was grumpy, working alone and made a call to request another employee to come in and help him. His voice also matched that of the one from the first experience. The man told customers that if they were just dropping off they could leave their packages on the counter, instead of waiting in line. Several people did this, but I learned NOT to do this and waited. By the time I made it to the front of the line, to receive the stellar customer service, I had waited for about 20 minutes. I hand over my package and request a receipt. The man tells me I could have just put my package on the counter instead of waiting and I explained that I could have, but I needed a receipt. He says nothing, grabs my package off the scale, turns to his right and chunks package about 6 feet to a rolling cart/ package bin. He never asks if it's fragile, just throws the package without a care in the world. I was handed my receipt and left the store. I get it that the workers who handle my shipment along the way will probably do similar things, but treating my shipment that way right in front of me just shows me the lack of professionalism that you have as an employee. Combine that with the grumpy attitude, phone call ordering someone out of bed to come into work and overall lack of customer service...I'll go out of my way next time to avoid this location. read more

At first I thought it was a good idea to go to the store because it was close to my home. But recently I went there and mailed a small package about 12 inches in length and 4 inches wide in an envelope. The guy charge me $28 to mail this package to California it was the most out rages charge I have ever seen any postal service charge. Package did not weigh not even a half a pound. How can this business get away with charging such exorbitant prices for a tiny envelope package. I will go down to the post office which is government run and has better prices on Lakeline Boulevard just on the other side of Highway 183. read more

The guy who runs this store is an absolute jerk! We called to see when they closed and he told us to be there within 3 mins. So we just decided to go the next day. They were closed. I would rather drive across town than to give a location with crappy customer service business! read more

We shipped a passport via UPS next day air early for $85 and it was supposed to arrive the next morning before 9AM. UPS corporate says it was not scanned until after the dropoff time 5 hours after we actually shipped it with them. It did not arrive until 2 days later. I am entitled to a refund under the guarantee for this shipment, however UPS corporate cannot process it this store needs to. They REFUSE to answer their phone or any emails to process this. I do not recommend using this store. They will not provide good service and will just steal your money for something they do not deliver on. read more

I understand previous reviews complaining of the gentleman's customer service. He is curt, unfriendly, and makes you feel like you're being an inconvenience to him. The store was also very untidy, packages on all counters. If you're expecting cheerful staff and excellent customer service, don't come here. If you're just looking to post a package and don't care about how you're treated, then come to this location. Also, prices for services do not match that of website, but website prices could be out of date. read more

Went there 7 times to mail some packages. The person who run the place is very rude to costumers. Every time I am in line I would hear him talking down to people, specially Foreigner and older costumers. He wants everything done quickly and he yells when you don't understand him or ask him to repeat what he said. Maybe if he stop yelling people would understand him better. His wife and son who works there are very nice, very helpful and respectful but he is an As..H... My advise to him you if he is reading this. Please Be respectful to others whether if they are Americans or not. They are going to spend money. People have feelings and Karma is a B***. If you don't stop then I am sure customers will stop going to your store and you will lose your business. He embarrasses people in front of others to the point other customers watching leave the store because it's too much to witness. If you don't believe me go there lunch time and see it. Cheers, EK read more

Dont waste your time. The owner has problems, seriously. His wife and staff are very nice but he is unprofessional, rude and downright nasty. We had a mail box at this store but after a few years had enough! He also misplaced mail and or held on to it. Stay away! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever!! Owner is rude, & lies to customers! I went in to mail Xmas cards, internationally. I asked the owner how much is to mail a regular sized card to Canada (I've mailed cards to Canada prior, prices change I figured .80-.90 cents) the owners response "$2 a card", I politely tell him " I know that's not how much it costs, how much is it?" He changes his price to $1.25. As he roles his eyes, then he proceeds to tell me he needs a "special international" stamp that cost $$$. At this point I'm over this store and this owner. Seriously WTF who is the guy and how does he manage to keep his business a float, flat out lying to customers?! - I took my business elsewhere. For the record it is .88 cents to mail a card to Canada. Steer clear of this place, worth the drive to the US Post office on the 183. read more

Warning! If you need to print anything from a USB stick be prepared to pay a premium! I needed to print one page of a one page document and was charged $2.89 tax included!! When I expressed my shock at how much it cost for one sheet in black and white, the cashier tried to soften the blow by saying the print quality from a file is better than if I'd made a copy from a paper scan! I don't think there's any noticeable difference if the original is in good condition. Anyway, they need to adjust their pricing for this service. I know I'll be going elsewhere for copies. On the plus side, the service was quick. read more
