It's the season. Mailing off Christmas goodies to my family back home. I got here right as they opened. Hoping to beat the mad rush and long lines. One of the boxes was pretty heavy so I knew it was going to cost a lot plus it was going to Maine.. And the other 2 were going to be a lot less of a cost. So grateful for the UPS store and their professionalism. They handled my boxes with care. Making their measurements and weight and adding the shipping label to each one. I was told roughly when they would get to their destination. I was also given the tracking number too. There is often a line at this busy location, but the employees work very swiftly. There is almost always at least two staff on any shift. The store has everything you need for all of your shipping requirements. Typically open parking spots right in front of the storefront. Also, everyone has to do well at the jobs, even when its not easy; so I've had enough. I'm completely out of patience. They make the USPS, look stellar. There has now been a huge folders worth of mistakes by the staff. Valerie used to run a great location and then it went down hill. Lost mail?/many, many un-returned phone calls/ unprocessed requests/possibly even stolen checks. Interestingly, last time I paid them with debit card numbers there was fraud the next day on my account. Could it have been another business? Sure, but now I don't trust this office so I don't know. Then yesterday, they shut down my PO box 15 days before it was due. I will call tomorrow and they better reinstate it with the same number. read more

We always have our wine from California shipped to this location. They hold it for us and change a small handling fee. It allows us to be out of town and not have to be at home to sign for the wine. read more

The employees have always been friendly and helpful to me (even offering to help me take out large boxes when they could). I have a UPS box there and many times I have boxes delivered that are WAY larger than will fit in my box. They have never complained. They have been great to work with. This is a busy store. The owner of this UPS is not customer friendly. She hides behind her employees to give directives. The address was entered incorrectly when given to send out my package. I understand that I approved it but I also had an infant on my hip and was scatterbrained. Then the UPS in NJ messed up. inevitably, there was a lot of human error that happened with my shipment. but I figured it would be OK because it was sent back here and I could just resend it. I even spoke to UPS customer service and they said because there was so much human error on everybody's part that they would be able to send it back out without additional costs. But the owner of this place is either money hungry or extremely not caring because she said that I had to pay the $40 shipping fee again if I wanted it to go back out. The staff is great! Easy to complete Amazon returns. They need to hire more staff. The current employees are overworked. Probably from all the Amazon returns. Often there's a line and rude impatient customers. My heart goes out to the staff that have to put up with some of the "I'm more important than everyone else" types. I came in this afternoon in a rush to print, sign a document and then scan it. The lady there saved me when the printer could not read the USB drive (my fault) , I offered to drive home and fix it but she said no I'll use my pc in the back. She solved it and saved my life because I was in a time crunch. People have complained about the mess but I liked it. I thought she left the keys in the lock or something and didn't realize they close at 2:30 pm. At first I thought it was a good idea to go to the store because it was close to my home. But recently I went there and mailed a small package about 12 inches in length and 4 inches wide in an envelope. The guy charge me $28 to mail this package to California it was the most out rages charge I have ever seen any postal service charge. Package did not weigh not even a half a pound. How can this business get away with charging such exorbitant prices for a tiny envelope package. Bad service, twice...not risking a third. My first time at this location was a year ago. At that time, it was convenient and on my way to my next destination. It was a package being returned to an online seller and had a prepaid label attached. I went in and heard a voice ask if I was just dropping off come from the back. I confirmed and I was told to just leave the package on the counter. I did and left the store, but the package never did. I tracked the package over the course of two weeks, calling the store daily for updates. The older male employee was irritated with my calls and matched the sound of the voice that asked me to just leave my package. Fortunately, the seller reimbursed me, even though I had no receipt to show proof that the package ever made it to the UPS store. My second visit was the day before Thanksgiving (November 2019). Similar circumstances withe a return/ prepaid label, but this time I stayed for a receipt. After the first experience, I didn't even want to return to this location, but again...it was convenient and on the way to my next destination. I went in and waited in an expected lengthy line. The older male at the counter was grumpy, working alone and made a call to request another employee to come in and help him. His voice also matched that of the one from the first experience. The man told customers that if they were just dropping off they could leave their packages on the counter, instead of waiting in line. Several people did this, but I learned NOT to do this and waited. By the time I made it to the front of the line, to receive the stellar customer service, I had waited for about 20 minutes. I hand over my package and request a receipt. The man tells me I could have just put my package on the counter instead of waiting and I explained that I could have, but I needed a receipt. He says nothing, grabs my package off the scale, turns to his right and chunks package about 6 feet to a rolling cart/ package bin. He never asks if it's fragile, just throws the package without a care in the world. I was handed my receipt and left the store. I get it that the workers who handle my shipment along the way will probably do similar things, but treating my shipment that way right in front of me just shows me the lack of professionalism that you have as an employee. Combine that with the grumpy attitude, phone call ordering someone out of bed to come into work and overall lack of customer service...I'll go out of my way next time to avoid this location. read more

We shipped a passport via UPS next day air early for $85 and it was supposed to arrive the next morning before 9AM. UPS corporate says it was not scanned until after the dropoff time 5 hours after we actually shipped it with them. It did not arrive until 2 days later. I am entitled to a refund under the guarantee for this shipment, however UPS corporate cannot process it this store needs to. They REFUSE to answer their phone or any emails to process this. I do not recommend using this store. They will not provide good service and will just steal your money for something they do not deliver on. read more

Went there 7 times to mail some packages. The person who run the place is very rude to costumers. Every time I am in line I would hear him talking down to people, specially Foreigner and older costumers. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever!! Owner is rude, & lies to customers! I went in to mail Xmas cards, internationally. I asked the owner how much is to mail a regular sized card to Canada (I've mailed cards to Canada prior, prices change I figured .80-.90 cents) the owners response "$2 a card", I politely tell him " I know that's not how much it costs, how much is it?" He changes his price to $1.25. As he roles his eyes, then he proceeds to tell me he needs a "special international" stamp that cost $$$. At this point I'm over this store and this owner. Seriously WTF who is the guy and how does he manage to keep his business a float, flat out lying to customers?! - I took my business elsewhere. Warning! If you need to print anything from a USB stick be prepared to pay a premium! I needed to print one page of a one page document and was charged $2.89 tax included!! When I expressed my shock at how much it cost for one sheet in black and white, the cashier tried to soften the blow by saying the print quality from a file is better than if I'd made a copy from a paper scan! I don't think there's any noticeable difference if the original is in good condition. Anyway, they need to adjust their pricing for this service. I know I'll be going elsewhere for copies. Today the young employee at the 2nd register took a customer from the end of the line instead of from the front (he went up and asked her a question while she was waiting on her computer to unfreeze). When those at the front of the line suggested she take the next customer in line she recommended the customers just confront each other instead of her taking care of her job and being aware of what's going on.
