Not only does he run scans/prints for me on the spot (same day turn around), but he genuinely cares about the QUALITY of the work. For example, Chris handles all of my watercolor scans and when he creates the digital files for me he takes the extra time to trouble shoot, adjusting all of the settings and custom color correcting to get the PERFECT files. When I visited this business, I asked for a very specific product. They were able to fill the order within 5 minutes I was very impressed.

I strongly advice for folks to consider a different place to bring your business to. My experience was horrible, they messed up my order and were very reluctant to issue a refund. I had no choice but to escalate the case so that they consider issuing a refund. It Should not be this hard considering they used different materials than specified in the order and were not owing up to that fact. I hope no one else has to go through a similar situation. read more

This place is amazing! I came to them about 2 weeks before my wedding to get my wedding program/fans printed. I only had pictures of ideas of what I wanted along with a venue site map that I wanted printed on the back. Katie, their resident "printcess", didn't even blink at my request. I spoke to her briefly about what I was wanting and showed her my wedding invite so she could get a feel for our theme. She had some great suggestions as far as paper and ways to assemble the fans. I emailed them the files of lettering and any graphics that I wanted and gave them creative liberty for the rest. I got some samples back from them within a day and our programs were ready a few days after that. The price was way below what I was expecting and the turnout was so professional. Katie even suggested the best adhesive to use when assembling the program/fans. They turned out amazing!
