I absolutely was, and I did all of the obligatory deep dives into Yelp, YouTube, and Reddit threads for literal months while waiting for my delivery date! Yep, that also meant the should I/shouldn't I PPF rigamarole, but we erred on the side of caution and went with it, just to Safety Sally it all. Once we dove in (oh, you utterly wretched Fremont, California paint!), I knew, for sure, that XPEL Austin was my jam! There are lots of great places in 512 that have equally great Tesla reviews, but something about XPEL Austin clarion-called me in, and I def made the right decision! At the risk of making this a novel, allow me to quickly paint the picture: Hubby and I headed to Baton Rouge for the first half of Spring Break, and the delightful Kristianna arranged for our fresh new Tesla to be delivered from our garage to XPEL's huge and modern place on Metric. I only had to add the designated driver, Johnathan, as an approved driver on my app, and, by the by, he got her there with my 99% safety score still intact! Thanks, dude! The service went above and beyond from there! Kristianna kept us totally informed throughout the process, Kristofer was a totally killer PPF maestro (we went for XPEL Ultimate Plus on the full front, plus rockers and pillars), and Ivan masterfully applied our tint (we went for XPEL Prime Plus in 30% on all windows, and clear XPEL Prime Plus on the huge windshield). I must admit that we occasionally peeked in on their work with Sentry Mode! Please don't judge! Lol! They were all truly excellent! Our TWIZZLR looks absolutely gorgeous, and she really enjoyed her XPEL spa day. The price was extremely fair, to boot! I couldn't possibly recommend the good folks at XPEL Austin more highly!     A few years ago, at the recommendation of the North Austin Porsche dealership, I took my Porsche to…read morethis shop and had the hood, the two doors, and the side view mirrors covered. It wasn't cheap. I was told that if it looked bad, it would be replaced at no cost (by the previous manager Kristianna Garcia who no longer works there). Since then, I have had quite a few dings. I'm not at the point where the whole thing needs to be replaced, so I didn't think I'd have a problem. I called and asked if I could possibly have a few little pieces that I could cut to try to fit over the open areas, and the person I talked to, said they couldn't do that, that I could come down and they would take a look at it. That's an hour or an hour and a half, just one way. I asked if the manager could could just mail me little pieces, and the manager had said no--and he said they couldn't do that. I even offered to send him a self addressed stamped envelope, and he declined. I told him I would not show those pieces to their competitors, and they still wouldn't agree to it. So I told them when I was finished, I was going to write a review, and they weren't going to like it. But it's the truth. What I think looks bad, they may look at it and say it didn't look bad. So it's relative? Again, all I am asking for is a few little scraps mailed to me. If you're going to have work done here, just think about it. If you have problems in the future, you may run into a bunch of excuses.

    This was by FAR the worst wrap experience ever. I had high expectations of this company and love to…read moregive credit where it's due but I simply cannot with BMAB Auto Wraps. First, I was told on drop off of vehicle that it would only take one week to complete the job. After a week goes by, I wait patiently for a reply and was given no updates. I then had to reach out to see what was going on with completion. They did not even start it! So Brian tells me it will be about another week. I wait another week and again nothing. He then makes up more excuses and says the job should be done at a given date time after time to where he kept me in the dark and lacked massive amounts of communication when asking about updates on my vehicle. So fast forward 5+ multiple dates pushed back, he keeps it for a whole month and a half and still not have completed the job. Because of the inconvenience he offered to give me the full wrap on the house which was bs even though I reasoned with him and said to just give me back less than half the money back to pay the car note for the entire month I did not even have my vehicle because it was just sitting in the shop waiting to be worked on day after day. He has not still communicated with me on rectifying the situation or giving the money back that was agreed upon. I can NEVER recommend this business to anyone and now need another company to finish the crap incomplete job that he shortchanged on. Highly disappointed in this company as Brian is not running a business but merely a hobby. Very unsatisfied company and lack of professionalism at BMAB.

After not hearing from Brian that entire week, I drove by the shop and my car was still sitting out front where I left it the week prior. I called/texted Brian for days about this with no response at all. He finally gets back to me, tells me he has a supply issue & it will be done by the following Tuesday. That next week comes and goes with zero communication & my car is STILL sitting out front. He finally gets back to me and says he lost a few of his employees and if I drop the car back off on 5/20, it will 100% get done then. I give him the benefit of the doubt and agree to drop it back off. Between the time I picked my car up and the time I was supposed to drop it back off, the communication was absolutely awful. His business phone was completely off for almost a week. He finally gets back to me and says he had an "emergency" and that he will refund my money and he's sorry we couldn't make things work. I am a pretty understanding person, so I send him a nice message back & expected my money within the next few days. Here we are, a week later, and he's refusing to answer my calls/texts. The deposit is $1400, so I am not letting this go. I will be taking Brian to small claims court to get my money back, so if anyone else wants to join in on this - feel free to reach out to me. I know for a fact I am not the only one dealing with this issue. In fact, this isn't a recent issue either. If you look up this company on the BBB there are multiple reviews in the past few months with this same issue. This guy is running a scam operation. STAY CLEAR!

    profoundly bad in service, customer service, client management, and I would assume product, though…read moredespite attempting for three weeks to have something printed I am not able to comment on the final product as I never received it In response to the owner: Your job was unfortunately below our minimum and we had made an exception to try to help you out (even though it was not beneficial to our company). -- You quoted me the price you thought was fair. I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.
