Lots of things. The person at the counter didn't know how to send the parcel I needed. When he didn't know he called for help. I had previously sent packages to my military address from this location. Now it seems that isn't possible. The young man at the counter was amiable and was apologetic. Friendly owner whom provides good communication. You can pick up the mail in your box 24/7, however, beware of their hours as they are not open on weekends and only 10-5 M-F which makes it very difficult to pick up packages or attain service if you work or are a business owner. read more

This is the second time I went to this place to ship a package. I realized after driving into the parking lot that i had been here before and did not intend to return due to poor service / bad vibe. I went in to get pricing after calling ahead of time to get pricing for shipping a package. He wouldnt give me pricing over the phone and said i needed to come in. Long story short, I drove there and asked for pricing to send my package. He refused to go give me the exact because, to quote his words, "its a waste of time". He gave me a close estimate he said. I dont ever remember being told by a business that my request was a waste of their time. The guy's vibe was not good. He was bothered by my inquiries and acted like he Didnt wanna deal with me. I thought maybe he had challenges in his life that make him come cross like this. If thats the case he shouldn't be in a position of customer service. I will never go here again. Had to get a package to New York just after Christmas. Even though I had the present and it was wrapped, I waited until last minute to ship it. So a rush shipment was in order. Upon walking in, there was one woman with two children waiting and the shop owner. He was on the phone trying to get his password reset. He greeted me almost immediately but asked me to wait. On the walls were beautiful Indian tapestry for sale. If the colors were a bit different, I might have purchased one. Finally he is off the phone and waits on the other woman. My turn. Hand over my package which is wrapped and labels, just needs the air bill on it. I need it to arrive in 3 days. He types in the address and tells me the price. He also stated it would be delivered on January 3rd. Perfect! The owner was pleasant and chatty. I paid for the shipment which is about $5.00 more than going to Fedex or UPS, I was expecting this. By the time I get home, there is an email from Pak Mail stating the delivery is Jan 3rd and the receipt included. The next day, I tracked the package on Fedex and deliver was for Jan 4th? I received another email from Pak Mail with the Jan 3rd date and link to track package. When I clicked on it, Jan 4th popped up. I will definitely use them again for shipping but wish the delivery date was correct. read more

Pathetic. Look at Google Reviews of this store, they never answer their phones, the hours they list on their door - they never show up, and their next door neighbor (beauty store) says people come in complaining about them all the time for not being in the store nor open when they're supposed to. PAK MAIL Corporate needs to investigate this place. I've had really bad service by them, and I could go on and on. I've reported this and more to Pak Mail corporate. Find any other place besides this store/location. I've taken this picture of today (4/24/21) at 10:30 am - they were to be open at 10 but never showed up. I waited an hour! Quick and easy service for shipping. They are always very nice! Much more convenient and faster then going to an actual fedex location.

I took a large item in to be shipped, and there was a problem with it. I was stressed out and fed up with the whole process, and I was rude about it. Not my normal way of handling things, but December was a really bad month for me. The owner was kinder than I deserved and took care of my issue. I bring a bag with some glasses I need shipped and this guy keeps slamming it down when handling it! He then tells me its over $70 to ship it. I go home and put it in a box and go to the ups store and sent it for $30. Surely the box could not have cost $40 at pakmail. Shady business? Perhaps... I went here to get something sent by FedEx but they have no FedEx forms for you to fill out to be able to send a box. Not just that but the person working their suggested I go to the post office to get FedEx forms because the owner doesn't have any! I had been to this location previously and encountered a very nice lady working there. Today I was encountered by the owner, a rude little man that appears to be of South Asian descent. I asked if he could help with printing two labels, and he rudely told me it would be $3 each or I could go home and print them myself. I then mentioned the lady I'd encountered before was happy to do it , to which he mentioned that's why she's no longer here in a smart ass tone. I perceived more rude behavior when I asked if he'd like to lose my business forever over something that would cost him $.10. I would have jumped over the counter and addressed his smart mouth if I did not have a very strong aversion of going to jail. New owner was so rude to us - we chose to go elsewhere and pay for service from another mail service provider even though we had time left on our contract. We had used Pak Mail for 10 years until then. The new owner was shouting at me and wouldn't let me get in a word edgewise even though I kept saying "if we can keep this on a business level". We further have sound evidence he has since thrown away some of our first class mail. After checking with DMV they did send notices to 202 Walton Way and our old box number - and we never got them. According to the Postmaster General, it is up to address of record for them to forward any first class mail. read more

Great customer service! I ship a lot of packages and this is the place I do business with. It's simple... Give them my phone number, they look me up in the computer.. If I have ever shipped to the address before , it is stored. I do nothing. I never have a box, or if I do, I haven't packed it yet. I just hand them what I need shipped , and say goodbye . We had a 65" flatscreen TV that needed to be in storage for three weeks until our new place is finished. It was not an inexpensive TV so I was concerned about it being moved twice and stored in 'who knows what' conditions. After calling around I landed on Pak Mail of Cedar Park and the Rob said he could absolutely handle the job. Not only did he have the right packaging materials to protect this beast, but get this: he also delivered it AND helped me assemble the box (actually I helped him) and put the TV in the package. It was secure as could be and I was very much relieved knowing it was professionally taken care of. Rob is a super nice guy that can handle seemingly impossible demands with ease. Last time we conducted business with this place it was obviously under a different owner, and very good. Checking into cost for packing and shipping an item this week was a different story. The young man handling customers was obviously new and untrained. I understand that the owner may have to leave the store occasionally but PLEASE leave it in the hands of a trained person. Pak Mail recently shipped my son's belongings from Cedar Park to Anchorage, Alaska. There was quite a bit of packing to do as he had lived in Cedar Park for a couple of years. The biggest challenge faced was shipping a deer head mount (an exotic from one of the Texas game ranches). We had no idea where to start, so I stopped by and talked to PK. He assured me that they had shipped game mounts before and that all of my son's belongings would be well taken care of. Bottom line is, everything showed up perfectly, not the least of which was the deer head. It had been housed in a very stout shipping crate, custom made for that particular mount.
