Went to a fabulous market here. Purchased almost $300 from vendors I needed to go to the restroom and they sent me to the nastiest Porta-potty ever. They sad the potties were clean because they "lock them up at night!" They had working restrooms inside, where we also shopped, but we were told these were for vendors only. (Update: they are now editing new posts and removing the t-shirt tags that used to say comfort colors on most of the Tees. Doing that makes me even more upset that they are just playing every one with the quality of their shirts. Their blanks are either randomly used or they are just using CHEAP blanks. False advertising, Placed an order for a tee and when it arrived it wasn't what was expected the site and advertised photos isn't exactly the product you will receive, kinda like false advertisement. I was hoping to receive a comfort colors blank as shown in a lot of the photos but they said that the blanks used are random and based on stock. The quality and fitment of the tee I received is not very good at all, the neck collar is thin and fits weird. On the other hand if it were printed on the blank shown on their site and what I originally thought (comfort colors blank) I would have loved this tee! It's very unfortunate as I was looking forward to this tee and it is also unfortunate that I can only exchange or receive store credit. Decided it's not worth a second try if it's printed on random blanks, quality and fitment really makes a difference in a product. Really wish I didn't have to place this bad review! 2 stars is for the quick response back but -4 stars for false advertising & not having a better outcome to this concern. read more

Speaking from an in-store shopper. I used to shop online for this brand, and when I got the opportunity to visit Austin i decided I wanted to go check out their actual store. I had no expectations going in but I'll say it really made my trip extremely special. When I went they had a few vendors of coffee, plants, and alcohol. It was a super awesome experience & was in a really cool location. I can't rave enough about this place it really blew me out of the water. The drinks I got were also complementary which was spectacular (given the relatively higher prices on a few of their clothing items). All in all I would 10/10 recommend visiting this store when in Austin. Bought three t shirts and am extremely happy with them + the staff. read more

UNTRUSTWORTHY AND VERY SHIFTY! Placed an order on Jan 25th, and it was listed as "out for delivery" on two separate occasions by USPS, then just repeatedly said the shirt I ordered had arrived at some local distribution center, and then departed from another one-- this happened four times between Jan 31st and Feb 3rd-- when I reached out to customer service about it, they suggested that I probably put in my address incorrectly. Get real-- they have a lot of audacity charging the prices they charge ($40 for a single shirt? Come on...) for merch that never arrives and a staff that doesn't even seem to care. There's more dignity in setting your wallet on fire than there is in patronizing these shysters. read more

Here's your headline: awesome dudes with tons of creativity bust their asses to make your screen printing project perfect. All of SHED Barbershop & Supply's printed swag is done (beautifully, I might add) by Justin, Daniel, and the Fine Southern Gentlemen crew. We came to them initially wanting a basic screen printed logo t-shirt and they knocked it out of the park, providing us great insight on the size of the logo and style of the shirt. They went a step further by suggesting custom printed shop rags that fit our aesthetic PERFECTLY. Those have since become a huge hit for our customers and for other businesses. To top it all off they came out to our grand opening party and live printed koozies, shop rags, and shirts and schmoozed with the crowd. Huge success to say the least. We love these guys dearly and will work with them until one of us is dead. read more

...The coolest spot I've been to that not everyone knows about. I came hear 2 nights ago for a recorded session with a couple different bands and had a blast! It's hard to find this place at first because it's tiny, and is in the same building as a few other small businesses. Namely, Hops and Grain is one of the spots that's right next door, so if you just park there, walk through Hops and Grain, walk through the main door that's inside (past the bar) and make a right in the hallway, it'll be the last door on your right along the wall. OR, you could just park on the side of the building opposite from Hops and Grain and it should be your first door on your left. The shop is quite small - it's just a single room, but there's a backroom where it appears that they do most of their printing. I would highly recommend going to one of their events - the crowd of people is laid back, and there's (usually) free sips, along with live music. If live music in a print shop isn't "Austin" enough for you, I don't know what is. I cannot wait to attend the next event and would recommend this place to anyone - automatic 10/ 10. read more

I ordered my tees on a Thursday and they were out for delivery in only 2 days. There was an issue with shipping and my package was lost without any specific reason why via USPS. I called FSG and was told they'd re package my order (I purchased protection for my package) and have it sent out the next day. Called 2 days layer to check on it and the girl said I had to go through a third party to have this replaced. I was frustrated bc that wasn't the case when I called 2 days prior. Anywho, she said since there was confusion she'd package my order and send it out the next day. She sent me an email with tracking info and a photo of my shipping label (to assure address). This was very nice. My package came in 2 days again and the shirts are really nice! Thick, sturdy quality. Print is as expected and the designs are so chill. Their packaging is also thoughtful and quirky. Overall, I'll probably be ordering from here again in the near future. Thanks! read more

I saw a FSG shirt in a shop in Montrose in Houston, and I fell in love with it - sadly, it was out of stock when I went in to actually buy it. Sad! Luckily, I went to their website, and I found the same design available for order. I emailed them to request the design but with a different color scheme, and they were super accommodating and very helpful in answering my questions. I got the shirt in the mail (they sent it in a FSG pizza box which I got a kick out of, plus I got a free koozie!), and it turned out perfect. We used FSG for merch for our band NWLYWD, and they did an awesome job! We had T-Shirts printed with them that came out great! Fine Southern Gentlemen (FSG) was such a joy to work with! I used them for the 2015 Austin Heart Walk to print our company artwork on t-shirts on site. We hired them for 3 hours, had two screen presses, and two FSG employees come out to the event and it was under $1000 (note: we did not purchase shirts through FSG). I was very impressed with how they worked with me on anything I needed. I worked directly with Dan & he was amazing! Our company color is very tricky to match (it's like an orangish red but more red..) so the first time I went out to their workshop the color just wasn't what I wanted and Dan did everything he could to try to match the color that day. I left there realizing that it wasn't going to be perfect. Dan called me the next day to tell me that he thought he found the perfect color and wanted me to come out to approve because it was expensive paint so he didn't want to waste money. I met him at the paint store and the color looked great! We took it back to the workshop and he tested it on our shirts and it was PERFECT!! I could not believe that he found the perfect match! I was thrilled! The fact that he went out of his way for me was outstanding and I would use them again in a heartbeat. At the event things got a little chaotic because everyone wanted a shirt printed by them. However, they never seemed overwhelmed or tired, they just kept printing, drying, and handing out shirts.
