She originally said the shirt was outside of the 2 week exchange window and refused to exchange it and said "guess you'll have to regift it haha". Then I proceeded to get into my car about to leave then noticed on the receipt the shirt was purchased less than 2 weeks ago so I went back in to let her know then she changed the story and said that the shirt was purchased on clearance so it wouldn't be able to be exchanged. For a small business it's insane to have such strict policies that leave customers with clothes they hate or that don't fit. Their sub par Yelp rating is spot on with how they run their business. Way too much shopping in Westlake to deal with this kind of tomfoolery.
