I think the buyer has a great eye in curating their inventory. I had been buying online at Tea Collection and Pehr, but found a lot of their clothes to be gaudy or mustard. The patterns and colors at Anderson Parker are pulled back. They carry some of the brands Nordstrom carries like Petit Lem and Miles the Label. But they also carry a lot of brands I had never heard of like Lullaby Set. They have a terrific sale selection. Unfortunately a lot of their sale items were located at the back store (other location) due to Le Garage sale, and their inventory was not up to date. The best way to purchase their sale items is to purchase online and pick up in store so they have time to retrieve it from the back store. If the item is credited, that means it's no longer in inventory. The sales associate was supposed to give me my prize before my purchase but she forgot. No worries. My prize was 20% off a regular priced item. I purchased a really cute Beaufort Bonnet Company Jon Jon (named after JFK Jr.) set, but found it confusing as they bait and switched the original cuter Peter Pan short sleeve for a Tatum long sleeve turtleneck at checkout. I purchased The Beaufort Bonnet Company Jack Keene Jon Jon set for $88 including the turtleneck. The Beaufort Bonnet Company website says it costs $60 for the Jack Keene velvet shortalls only. I purchased a matching Peter Pan Collar short sleeve Bodysuit at Rachel Riley online for $15 with zero tax and free shipping. The royal family wears Rachel Riley. I also bought this really cool DJeco rattle that spins and suctions onto a restaurant table so my kid can't throw it onto the floor. It's made of wood and silicone, and is mostly plastic and BPA free. The only toys they sold that were also carried at Target were Sophie the Giraffe and ring teether. All of their other toys were unique and heirloom quality.

If the items were unavailable, that should've been communicated from the beginning instead of providing a completely different explanation at first. Accurate inventory management and honest communication are important for a business. I was super bummed to find that they moved to Austin!! Now I will have to settle for online shopping. Whoever picks the items has a great eye and the staff was super nice so it will be worth it. My…read moreoldest daughter has been en pointe for awhile but hasn't found a particular shoe or brand that's her absolute favorite. Fitter Abby, also a dancer herself, took this into account and had her try on several pairs. She asked my daughter questions as to how her feet felt in each pair, how quickly she went up from flat feet, and allowed her to try on different pairs multiple times. She paused to help other customers as they came in, but did not rush us through. Our scheduled appointment took about 45 minutes, and I really feel like Abby genuinely cared about getting my daughter the best and most functional pair of shoes possible. There is also a loyalty reward program for shoppers. Thank you so much Abby and Dancer's Closet, we will return!!

The clothing ranged from pieces that might be of interest to Generation X or Y's to Baby Boomers. Mazúr Boutique also had a few shoes for sale as well. It was delightful to see the Longhorns (University of Texas at Austin mascot...in the house) prominently displayed on some of the children's clothing. Given that Mazúr Boutique co-exists with Mazúr Coffee, you can have a cup of coffee and shop or shop and have a cup of coffee...your choice. These are two complementary businesses housed under the same roof. In addition, there is free parking in front of the building as well as along side of the building for your convenience. The boutique representative was very friendly and offered me suggestions when I told her what I was looking for. Items are reasonable price and they are also having a sale. For those who seem to be monitoring my progress, I'm happy to report there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Now for the real reason you're here, my review of this particular Gucci location. First off, I'll say the low reviews here are baffling to me. The service I received was beyond compare. I was treated no differently than someone spending thousands of dollars when in fact I only spent $260. I was looking for a new shirt for my bestie, Sir Benjamin Doolittle and decided to pop in hoping they had a particular shirt available in-store. The stores will often carry pet items at limited availability. Unfortunately, this was not one of those items. However, the stylist who worked with us was able to size Sir B. accurately and order the shirt for us. The shirt arrived just a few days after our visit. The complimentary shipping is a bonus. The level of service we received exceeded all customer service expectations. Honestly, the experience felt as inclusive as it did exclusive. Exclusive in the sense that it's an obvious high-end boutique and inclusive in the sense that I was treated with the same dignity and care as someone spending thousands. Another item of note is that I absolutely hate going to The Domain in which they're located but the kindness, attentiveness, and fun of the Gucci experience that day made up for it. They are very laid back and relaxed, but they take their work seriously and will bend over backwards for their customers. We recently completed a big event that used new artwork (thank you ASP art team!) and everyone was thrilled with our logo'd merchandise: the items themselves and the quality of the printing and embroidery were all top notch. There is no question that I will continue to work with ASP. Highly recommend!!
