Reason is that the person was very nice in the front and was wanting to know what I wanted so forth but as I was going through the store I've noticed these things that was a little off. So when I buy items in a store I have to see the brand names for I can tell by touching the jewelry to see if they're quality or not and how long they'll last. So they're marking up prices for the jewelry that is not anything you could buy at a high-end store probably a Dollar General store. She originally said the shirt was outside of the 2 week exchange window and refused to exchange it and said "guess you'll have to regift it haha". Then I proceeded to get into my car about to leave then noticed on the receipt the shirt was purchased less than 2 weeks ago so I went back in to let her know then she changed the story and said that the shirt was purchased on clearance so it wouldn't be able to be exchanged. For a small business it's insane to have such strict policies that leave customers with clothes they hate or that don't fit. Their sub par Yelp rating is spot on with how they run their business. Way too much shopping in Westlake to deal with this kind of tomfoolery.

In the back of the store is whole room devoted to luggage and footwear, and you'll also find everything from sunglasses to candles in other parts of the store. One of my favorite touches was the cute clubhouse style lounge for kids to watch TV while parents shop. And there's even a built-in bar in another section for events. The employees are friendly, everything is clean and new, and it's a nice place to shop if you want to browse and see how things fit.

I've been coming here for about four years and the technical work is consistently excellent. My favorite tech is both talented and a pleasure to talk to. The Bad: The furniture is in "gross" condition. The pedicure chairs have large stains and dried wax on the footrests, but the tech stools are the worst--the vinyl is ripped to shreds. My tech actually has to cover the stool with a towel so the torn material doesn't scrape my skin. The Verdict: For a place that brands itself as "Austin's Original Upscale Nail Salon," the lack of maintenance is disappointing. This is a premium-priced salon, yet the equipment is falling apart. The owners need to invest in repairs to match the high quality of their staff's work.

I have seen original artwork, candles, quilts, glassware, and a ton of stickers and even kids-related and appropriate finds. I recommend coming during the week but often times on the weekends the management will run specials and give a percentage off for shoppers. I would consider checking their social handles for events. I have seen several themed events that last from open to close such as summer events, mother's day, and even recently a Halloween (or holiday) themed promotion to get you inside and browsing. No need to remember vendors or take down names or booth numbers.
