It was a Sunday afternoon, and after calling several mechanics, Ivan was the only one to return our call and said that he would meet us at 9 AM the next morning. He arrived perfectly on time. He went through my car thoroughly to figure out the problem. He knew we were on a tight deadline and got my car to a place that it was safe to drive home. I cannot say enough about how well he took care of us and took the time to explain everything that he found and what needed to be done once we got home. They also chatter scratched one of my wheels with the tire bar very badly on chrome rims. Then charged me 150 dollars for the install and made me reinstall the 3 lug nut covers that weren't broke. So now im out 150 for the install and ballance 200 to replace the 1 broken lug cover and replace the scratched up one and probably 250 to 350 for another wheel.
