Also found out price of parts were double the price so recommend buying your own parts. Check your invoice before paying to see what charges were made. Other than that, repair was done without problems. I just want some honesty, when you charge $75 for coolant, then don't have the car have low coolant warning show a week later. Thought of arguing but wasn't worth my time.

The lobby is comfortable and well set up--plenty of seating, a fridge stocked with cold water bottles, and a restroom tucked in the corner. He came over this afternoon and was able to fix it even though nobody makes or sells that part anymore. He was great about communicating by text. He kept me in the loop the perfect amount, not spamming me with courtesy stuff, but also making sure I understood everything. It was nice to chat with him, but he also didn't need much attention. I didn't have to take any time off work and it was fixed for probably less money than it would have cost me to get it towed to a repair place.

Basically I just know if I went to the normal shop I use, I would have received a same day at most next day diagnosis and repair. I would have paid the same price for work and not have my vehicle tied up for a week and a half. I did call in to schedule a time to bring my vehicle in to avoid this. But to be fair, I believe they do good work and solid shop.
