First time coming here! It'll be perfect and great if there's no line but when I came here around 2 pm, it's a huge line! But I stayed in the line until my turn came. Prolly 8 or 9 cars ahead of me and got to go through in 30 mins also. It's a drive through style and you don't have to get off the car, prolly that's what people love coming here. The price was good and the service itself was nice and quick! With cash value $11.50 and $13 for cards. Try to come here when no lines next time! Keep up the good work! Cheers

Just a hint-cash to avoid credit card surcharge. Happy that I have an hybrid - just using electrons to keep cool! Reminders- Proof of insurance.

What a deal! Stopped by Sticker Express for the annual drill. Never even had to get out of my vehicle! 2nd in line when I arrived (drive behind the gas station next door to get in line!). Out of there in 15 minutes, inspection completed, at least what's still required, and with the new registration sticker! No need for a trip to the tax office or mailing a check! BAM! All done... highly recommend Sticker Express (go early in the month to avoid a line...).

I needed a quick vehicle inspection, as my registration had to be renewed by the end of the month. Sticker Express stood out as the most convenient option near me. When I arrived, I found the customer parking spaces next to the building. There was a short line when I walked in, but after waiting 5 minutes, it was already my turn. I showed them my auto insurance and was asked to wait nearby. From when I arrived to when I was told my car was ready, it took about 15-20 minutes. Factor in the 2-3 cars in front of me; that's a pretty fast turnaround. Thankfully, I had no issues that needed to be addressed during this visit. What surprised me was that they could print the vehicle registration sticker onsite, which I happily took advantage of. I paid $98.75, including the safety check, emissions check, and registration sticker. I was in and out in 20 minutes, having my vehicle inspected and registration renewed. What a fantastic experience! I highly recommend anyone come here for their vehicles.

The inspection is quick and easy. They make the process painless. You don't even get out of the car. My family takes all our cars here.

They are older tires but kept inside and no rot present. . After about half an hour, the "manager"Alvin comes and tells me that one of the tires is "no good" because they were old. I left but when I was unloading the tires, I saw that the guy breaking the tires down did not know to turn the tire and break it down in several spots, so he kept hammering the tire in one spot and broke the cords where the tire seals to the rim. They ruined three of the four tire this way. I have to wonder if he finally realized what he was doing wrong or if was just luck. I went back today to see if one tire that wasn't screwed up as bad would be usable. When I pulled up, Alvin said "uh oh" and didn't seem to want to talk to me. A different younger guy comes up and explain what happened. Alvin finally comes over and doubles down on the damage being because it was an "old tire". The old guy that does inspections told me "all these new tires are made in China and are like that." My tires were Cooper made in Mexico. Alvin told me even Michelins are Chinese. Mine say made in USA on the side. I told them not to piss down my back and tell me it's raining. The tires they sell are all Chinese. Maybe they think all ties are made in China. I paid them $40 to ruin my tires. I could have ruined them myself for free. No one would take any responsibility in ruining $450 with of tires. Making a mistake is one thing but not owning up to it is bad business. If he would have said "we screwed up, let's see what I can do to work with you on getting some new tires.", I would have paid their cost for a pair of new tires. Nope. Ever since Joey took over from Ken, this place has gone down hill. I don't trust these guys any more. I would have gone to Joey, but past dealings with him are similar. I should have known better than give them a third chance. Back during Christmas break I called and said I was going out of town and needed an inspection. I asked if they would be open and the lady that used to work there said yes. I told her I was on my way. When I got there 20 minutes later they were closed. I saw Joey in his body shop building and knocked on the door. I explained what happened. He didn't care. The same old fart was still there but they had locked up everything. That was bad enough but then when I went back out to leave they both stood there elbowing each other, laughing at me when I drove away. I stopped and told them I didn't appreciate driving 15 miles to be ridiculed. Why did I think this time would be different. Total fly by night operation.

A friend recommended this place to me, and it's been a great experience every time. They always seem to be very busy (a good sign), but they get people in and out in a decent amount of time. When I get my oil change done, it usually doesn't take more than 15 minutes. I love the fact that I get to stay in my car, and the techs that work on my car don't try to upsell me on things I don't really need. Pricing is reasonable and right in line with what an oil change costs around here, and they give you a voucher to get a car was next door with your service. Will definitely be coming back here! Give them a try!

Absolutely horrible experience. MY CAR'S ENGINE IS RUINED. I'm currently taking LEGAL action…read moreagainst Express Oil Change because they completely destroyed my engine with what should have been a basic oil change. And no, this isn't some dramatic exaggeration--this is real. I took my 2022 Honda Civic in on April 14th for a standard oil change. The guy seemed nice, nothing felt off at first. But the whole service felt way too fast--like in-and-out, blink-and-you-miss-it fast. I started to notice small things, like how no one gave a verbal confirmation that the work was done properly, which every other shop I've been to has always done. It just felt rushed and careless. A few days later, my car started making terrible sounds from the engine, not from the wheels, not the brakes--like deep, internal noises that made my stomach drop. I stopped driving it immediately and waited until I absolutely had to take it out again for work. I commute over an hour from Leander to Austin every day, so my car isn't just transportation--it's my lifeline. Then it got worse. A week after the oil change, I go to start my car and hear a violent clanking sound before it stalls. I smell burning oil. I flip on the garage light and there's a giant puddle of oil stretching from under my car out into the driveway and into the street. Full panic. I had to miss work and immediately call Leander Honda. I didn't even bother calling Express Oil--I didn't trust them to give me the truth or handle anything properly. Honda told me not to even try restarting it--it had to be towed. After hours of waiting, it was finally hauled to the dealership, where it sat all day for inspection. When the mechanics called me back, they were shocked. They even sent me a full video walkthrough showing that the drain plug on my oil pan had basically been left loose. It was barely hanging on--one turn away from falling out completely. Let me put this into perspective: I was commuting on highways going 70+ mph every day after this botched oil change. If that plug had fallen out mid-drive, all of the oil would've spilled onto the road. That's not just dangerous for me--that's dangerous for everyone else on the road. We're talking potential accidents, engine fires, total engine seizure--an absolute disaster waiting to happen. The bottom of my car was caked in burned, leaking oil. Honda had to replace several rubber components immediately for safety, because oil eats away at rubber and causes long-term damage. Even after all of that, my car still doesn't drive the same. It makes weird noises, and the performance is off. They told me my engine is likely compromised. And how did Express Oil Change respond? I left voicemails, finally got a call from an assistant manager who--get this--offered me four free oil changes as some kind of peace offering. Are you kidding me?! I now have hundreds of dollars in damage and towing fees on my credit cards. Not only did they refuse to reimburse me, but they never even refunded the cost of the oil change that ruined my engine and is now soaked into my driveway. I rent my home and the landlord is now forcing me to hire professional cleaners to fix the horrific stains in the driveway, as he should! The assistant manager told me that because I took my car to Honda (instead of towing it back to them), they're not responsible anymore. Then he basically said corporate wouldn't help either and ghosted me. I was told the general manager, John, would reach out--never happened. The franchise owner, Neil, and John have ignored all of my emails and calls. I even told them I was holding off on posting reviews in good faith, hoping they'd own their mistake. Nope. Radio silence. So here we are. I'm pursuing legal action now. They've left me no choice. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Express Oil Change as possible. This isn't just bad service--it's dangerous negligence.
