I don't drive it often, so it's only got 134k on the clock. Yet, I feel a vibration up front whenever I get a rotation. It usually comes in at about 60-65 miles an hour (see video). We have been chasing this issue for a couple of years now. It was sporadic at first, but now as the tire starts to wear more it's very noticeable. So today I went in expecting a fight or at least some major pushback. I was met by "Gilbert", a very nice but intense young man. I explained my issue and showed him a video of the problem. He advised me I was out of the warranty window, but I reminded him that this has been an ongoing issue. He offered to replace the tires, valued at $288 per tire, plus $49 per certificate for a total of $254.00. Not exactly what I had in mind for a set of tires I've had issues with this long. I countered with repurchasing the two certificates for $98.00 and they exchange my tires. He agreed. The tires were ordered and I return tomorrow 9/12/25 to have them installed. Once I was finally told where to go, two customers who arrived after me were moved ahead of me for their oil changes. I understand that things happen and that the location stays busy, especially in a growing area. However, no one offered an explanation or even a simple acknowledgment of the mix‑up. After more than 10 years of bringing all our vehicles to this location, it was disappointing to feel that my time and business weren't valued. My expectations for this type of service are reasonable, but when it becomes clear that my time isn't respected, that's when I have to make a change. I ultimately drove away without getting the service done. I'm sharing this feedback because I try to support local businesses, and I hope it helps improve the experience for future customers.

Put us on hold for awhile, came back and again said she didn't have our car. Later, a different person called us back and said they do have our car and they need to order a part for it. Then, ANOTHER person called and said our car is ready, and they don't actually need to order another part (they got us confused with someone else) - even more red flags. Later on, we talked to a friend who is very knowledgeable about cars and told us we were definitely overcharged for simple fixes. Don't come here unless you want to pay for overpriced and disorganized service.

Do you have any idea how many more exciting ways I can spend $1,600? A lot!!! My plan was to live with it and just add oil every few weeks. It worked fine for me. Hubby got cranky about the oil-stained driveway. Men... Fine, I called and spoke with super charming Rob. I dropped my car off, slid the key in to the night drop slip, grabbed take-out from Blue Corn Harvest and had a fantastic night. The next day super helpful Tim called and was so patient and so thorough in trying to explain what he found. Since my husband is a former Toyota service guy I asked if he would mind calling him as there is zero chance I would understand. He laughed and called the hubby. A few hours later, I got a happy message that my car was done, and it was less than $700. LESS THAN HALF THE COST quoted to me from the dealer.
