Had chosen Auto PI in large part to their existing Yelp reviews and they lived up to their high ratings. Was impressed with the amount of data/analysis in the report and on the call with the inspector. Brian from Auto PI proactively called the rental car company to get it set up, saved me some time and then Tom performed the inspection and called me when he said he would and gave me his cell in case I had questions later. They don't overcharge or take advantage of you and you can trust that they will be honest. They fixed my headlight when the wire was the problem and not the bulb and didn't charge me anything. Once I was finally told where to go, two customers who arrived after me were moved ahead of me for their oil changes. I understand that things happen and that the location stays busy, especially in a growing area. However, no one offered an explanation or even a simple acknowledgment of the mix‑up. After more than 10 years of bringing all our vehicles to this location, it was disappointing to feel that my time and business weren't valued. My expectations for this type of service are reasonable, but when it becomes clear that my time isn't respected, that's when I have to make a change. I ultimately drove away without getting the service done. I'm sharing this feedback because I try to support local businesses, and I hope it helps improve the experience for future customers.

They also chatter scratched one of my wheels with the tire bar very badly on chrome rims. Then charged me 150 dollars for the install and made me reinstall the 3 lug nut covers that weren't broke. Really pissed off as I take immaculate care of my vehicles. So now im out 150 for the install and ballance 200 to replace the 1 broken lug cover and replace the scratched up one and probably 250 to 350 for another wheel.

Also found out price of parts were double the price so recommend buying your own parts. Check your invoice before paying to see what charges were made. Other than that, repair was done without problems. I just want some honesty, when you charge $75 for coolant, then don't have the car have low coolant warning show a week later. Thought of arguing but wasn't worth my time.
