After &700 for tows, rental car, and repair work, they refused to help us pay for any of the charges. They told me, and mind you, this company only markets oil changes that they had a full repair shop. I said that they don't have anything on their receipts or marketing about that. They also chatter scratched one of my wheels with the tire bar very badly on chrome rims. Then charged me 150 dollars for the install and made me reinstall the 3 lug nut covers that weren't broke. So now im out 150 for the install and ballance 200 to replace the 1 broken lug cover and replace the scratched up one and probably 250 to 350 for another wheel.
