I was able to reserve a drive up, conditioned unit that was fully cleared & clean. I had brought my own hand truck & dolly, so I didn't need to make use of the facility's, nor the elevators. The on-site manager was very polite , friendly, and helpful, escorting us to and opening the unit for us. The phone was answered, or I received a quick call-back when I called. PM I am not pleased with the storage with public storage I had arrived there it was good in the beginning the lady Maria I guess what's her name help me out really really nice it really good and then I paid like 3 months in advance and I had the lot didn't work on the door and so I had to leave it open it took me a while to come back to the place to buy my own lock and fill up the storage and so before I when I got there supposedly I didn't have my storage anymore and they said that I owed money when I paid 3 months in advance I still haven't gotten my money back it's been almost a month and she won't help me out they won't answer every time I go with nobody's there no good no good read more

This location sucks. We moved out almost 5 months ago. Told them that we moved out and they continue to try and charge us. I've spoken to the property manager multiple times and they keep saying we will cancel your account and never do. We eventually had to turn off autopay to quit getting charged every month. DO NOT RENT THIS LOCATION. Every time you call you only get to leave a voicemail no one ever returns your calls. I even had to drive to this location to talk to someone in person and they still won't cancel our account. Worst storage experience of my life. read more

I was notified that my monthly rent would be going up 26%. Inflation is less than 1%. Over the 2 1/2 years I've had this storage unit, they have increased my rent almost 100%. Rip-off artists. There are better storage companies nearby. read more

We rented a temperature controlled unit several months ago. Every time we go to work in the unit, it gets extremely hot, no ventilation. This is a problem. I have reported the problem to the front office manager several times, with no resolve. If moving my items was not such a big deal, I would definitely find another rental storage unit. read more

When I got to my storage unit, no one was present at the facility to help, they made me drive back and forth to another facility three times in one day, took an hour an a half for them to get me in to my storage unit read more

This is my first time using a storage facility, and LaZondron did an excellent job on my visit to the location. The facility appears very clean. And it gives me piece of mind knowing that someone lives on the property. Appears to be very secure as well. I would recommend this location to everyone!! UPDATE (2/6/17): As of January 1, 2017, my storage rent went up $20. Not good. I'm assuming that they're going to try to increase rent every year. I still like the facilities, but they're expensive. This was my first time renting a storage unit and the property manager Lazondron really made it a great, pain free experience. She called in advance to confirm the check-in appointment. On check-in day, she was very courteous and professional, showed me the unit to make sure it was to my liking, explained all of their security measures and paperwork, and made sure all of my questions were answered. She mentioned that's she will be following up with me in a few days to ensure everything is to my liking. How great is that? Regarding the property itself, everything seemed very clean and I was able to quickly get in and out (I've only made 3 trips so far). Security measures seems great (gate codes, door codes, cameras, and someone that lives on the property at night). They also mandate heavy duty locks that is ours to keep when we leave gives me confidence that someone before me didn't use that same lock and has a key. read more

This place is ok. I like the other one across the street near Ella. I went here to check out a space for a friend. I notice that they don't have many drainage holes near here. I would always be afraid if this place floods - all of my stuff would get destroyed. One of the customer rep told us about the insurance that we can buy but I rather have my stuff safe instead of replacing them since I have memories attached to them. I can admit that it is easy access to get in and out but this location was not for my friend or for me. read more

While I'm new to the storage world, I really liked this place. Obviously, it is convenient to my house. The price is very competitive (we shopped around). LaZondron (the manager) was very nice, she called to confirm my planned visit and really showed that she cared about me and my storage needs. She asked appropriate questions about what I might need and explained everything. We have a large 2nd floor climate controlled space that works great for our temporary storage needs.
