Mark went above and beyond to assist us, and his customer service is exceptional. He made me feel completely at ease and handled everything with professionalism, care, and excellence. Everyone we have encountered at this location, including Aquarius, has been incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming. Our organization serves and feeds communities throughout Houston, supporting individuals and families impacted by homelessness, mental health challenges, addiction, and food insecurity, including hardworking individuals facing difficult seasons. MorningStar Storage has been a true blessing to our nonprofit, allowing us to safely store the items we distribute weekly so we can reach more, do more, and feed more. Having access to a clean, safe, and reliable storage space directly impacts the number of people we are able to serve, and Mark Silva has played a huge role in making that possible. They didn't negotiate any other options, toys remained in the until maybe worth 300 when we were charged 300 for a year month after month.
