I signed a move out notice a few weeks prior to my move out. I was scheduled to be out of my unit by May 31st. I moved out of the facility but because my lock was removed on 6/1, the facility charged me another month's rent. You would think after being a good paying customer over the past years (between myself and co-worker) I'd receive decent customer service but this was not the case. After calling to get an understanding of why I'm being charged for an additional month, Susan said I needed to read the fine print of my close out form. If you're in our community of Katy, I'd advise you to take your business somewhere else where people have great customers service and look to help solve problems....not scam you on the fine print. I had been a 2+ year customer with zero interaction with any employee there other than when I signed my paperwork...until today. Very rude employee treated a long term customer with more disrespect than I have ever experienced from a business. I own a business with a focus on customer service and if this gentlemen worked for me he would have been fired on the spot.
