While he was working on the truck, he had to help at the counter and answer questions from new associates. He didn't allow that to distract him from the task at hand. He also answered any questions we had about the products. We are getting our first travel trailer, so we're new to the game. Paul knows his stuff; he knows what his products will and won't do. We are coming back soon to have a transmission oil cooler installed and we're requesting that Paul do it. Too many people just learn the bare minimum to "do their job". Paul isn't one; he takes the time to learn everything. The only reason I gave him five stars is that I couldn't give more.
