They moved the truck from close to our destination to over twenty miles away. We had to wonder around Houston to different locations to get a reserved truck. The overall Uhaul experience was notgrear but it was smoothed over by Vickie at the Eldridge Self Storage location. She was very understanding and did the best she could to improve the poor costumer service we previously encountered. We had to settle for a 17' truck that she had at her location. She had great customer service and was very helpful. I'd highly recommend her location. Thank you, Vickie

A friend recommended I try Morningstar Storage, so I decided to give them a chance. When I got there I was welcomed by Ashanti, who poor thing was about to take her lunch! Had I not been in such a hurry I would have come back at a later time, but I truly needed to unload my car! She was so gracious about the inconvenience, and took real good care of me! Showed me a few options for different sizes so I could the right one! Walked me through the rates that happened to be great as they currently have specials on all of their units! She got me all signed up, and out the door in record time! I even offered to get her her lunch for cutting into her lunch time and even though she declined I appreciate how efficient she was! I highly recommend, this storage facility, they are climate controlled and offer insurance! Keep in mind you do need to pay for admin fess and potentially a lock, so don't get sticker shocked on your first months rent! It should be a one time thing so don't worry! You have 24/7 access as they provide gate codes for you! Go pay Ashanti a visit and get yourself a nice clean storage unit!

(10x15 space) After being there for about 5-6 months, the price jumped to $119 for the exact same unit, with no upgrades or changes. Now, the monthly rate has increased and is $164. Nothing about the storage space has changed only the price. Everything is done by phone, no attendant and the road is gravel. The numbers are wearing off the key pads. I don't see the additional cost value. What makes this especially frustrating is that the same size unit is currently being advertised to customers for close to what I originally paid. It feels like once they know you've moved your belongings in and are settled, they continue raising the rate, relying on the fact that most people don't want the hassle and expense of moving everything again. This pricing strategy feels predatory and unfair. Sunterra Storage takes advantage of customers who are already committed and inconvenienced, rather than rewarding loyalty. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for long term storage unless you're prepared for frequent and significant rate increases.
