They are fully concrete, with wide lanes and plenty of space to get into the units. The rates are very reasonable and a great value for Houston. They are near Bear Creek and Barker Cypress which is Very convenient, and keeps me out of Houston Traffic. You can pay your bill online, or via text. And they will contact you directly if they have any issues. We love West Houston Boat and Rv.

The Houston wind storm took off people doors and they were unfix for 2-3 months I've been broken into twice and insurance don't cover. My neighbor next to me moved out and was charged three months after move out. My rent does nothing but go up! No regrets. Possibly the worst storage property in the United States. About a year ago, I started noticing rat…read morefeces in the hallways and in my unit. I brought it up to the onsite manager (when I could find one on the property, which is rare). She told me that they were aware and that they had a contract with an exterminator but that the only way to get rid of them was to empty all the units. About six months ago, the elevators started acting up. Eventually they would come when called, but often you had to push and hold the button. Two months ago, I was trapped in the elevator for 1.5 hours. The alarm button didn't work but that didn't matter since at 9:30 AM, no manager was onsite to help anyway. Eventually and elevator tech came and freed me. I later complained to management (again) about the elevators and what had happened. Their response was to say that they'd inform "upper management." No apology, no empathy. I decided to move out. Then the carts disappeared. No carts, bad elevator. My unit was on the third floor and I had some heavy items that I wasn't going to carry down the stairs. I complained to onsite management again. Same story - the rats, the elevator, and the carts were all up to "upper management" to fix. This property is an unsanitary death trap made worse by callous management.
