I rented a space on the president sale for 79 a month. And my rent hasn't been less than 98 dollars and with all the fees that yall add to the account makes it impossible to pay. And when you ask to have the fees waived yall always deny the request. The rent is too high the fees are even more ridiculous and I'm giving public storage a 1 star because there's no option to give zero stars. read more

Possibly the worst storage property in the United States. About a year ago, I started noticing rat feces in the hallways and in my unit. I brought it up to the onsite manager (when I could find one on the property, which is rare). She told me that they were aware and that they had a contract with an exterminator but that the only way to get rid of them was to empty all the units. About six months ago, the elevators started acting up. Eventually they would come when called, but often you had to push and hold the button. Two months ago, I was trapped in the elevator for 1.5 hours. The alarm button didn't work but that didn't matter since at 9:30 AM, no manager was onsite to help anyway. Eventually and elevator tech came and freed me. I later complained to management (again) about the elevators and what had happened. Their response was to say that they'd inform "upper management." No apology, no empathy. I decided to move out. Then the carts disappeared. No carts, bad elevator. My unit was on the third floor and I had some heavy items that I wasn't going to carry down the stairs. I complained to onsite management again. Same story - the rats, the elevator, and the carts were all up to "upper management" to fix. This property is an unsanitary death trap made worse by callous management. read more

Be aware! This site no longer has moving carts. Be prepared to either bring your own moving carts or hand carry everything.

Avoid at all costs. Rats everywhere and rat pee and poop on all of my belongings. Mold on walls in units. The manager drea is never on the property and when she is she is outside smoking cigarettes and letting her toddlers run around the complex screaming. Constant screams of bloody murder throughout the halls. Also she only works a couple hours a day so good luck catching her. I had to go to another facility and have the property manager from that location to call drea and ask why she wasn't at work. She claimed she was there but I walked around the complex for 45 minutes and the office lights were off and doors locked. At 2 pm on a Monday. Had to go by for 4 days to find her. They cut your locks off one day past payment date (and go through your stuff) and then take off for days so you aren't able to have their lock taken off. She constantly lies to her superiors about her working. Absolutely avoid at all costs. They trippled my rent price in a 7 month span. And charged me an entire month rent to move out on the 3rd. The rudest most unprofessional and uncooperative place to store your stuff! 0 stars if possible. read more

Door locked and manager smoking cigarette in her car in the parking lot told me she was working on going to the bank and to come back later. This storage is starting to be horrible. Every time I come here the old white lady watches me. It's like bitch my unit paid every month you don't need to watch me or you plotting on what to steal. Then I was just moved into a unit paid 91 the manager said she had a cheaper one three four months ago so I moved into it and now its gone up to103.00 even more then I was paying if I knew this never would of swapped units read more

Public Storage is great! I called for a quote, and I received a call from the manager, Ted before I could hang up with the sales agent. He wanted to make sure he was available when I came in to setup the unit. It was quick and he helped save me money with correcting the size unit I requested. Great! read more

Tim is the new manager at this facility. He called me today to alert me that our unit was open, from when I had been there earlier in the day. Hard to imagine how someone can forget to close that huge overhead door, but that's what happened. Tim, while on his rounds, discovered it and called right away. He secured the unit until I could get there. Thank you Tim for being alert and responsible about watching the property. This could have been a big problem for me, so I am grateful! read more

So I rented the space since 2013. When I went to move out this month I had discovered that rats had made their home in the unit I rented. There was so much rats poop and pee that many things were ruined. Ants mounds had began to grow. When I spoke the rep, she said they throw out some pesticides only. The rats had ate throw boxes, a car seat, droppings and mold on my sofa, mattresses. The ant mound destroyed a tv that sat in the corner. The door that is suppose to be securing the property is left open. The only dolly available to move stuff was not working (broken wheels) and the elevator was broken. The upkeep on this property has gone down but they are quick to lock you out of your unit, if you do not pay ontime. read more

They aren't showing my previous review....wonder why?! Another review mentioned rats...oh, yeah....lots of damage to my property too and it's not just from their chewing...their pee contaminates what they don't chew up! As I've said before, my ceiling fell in and I had heavy water/rain damage but don't expect them to care! The insurance you pay for with them doesn't cover water damage!! Rent is continually raised and posted incorrectly often. Only wish I was physically able to get out of there quickly. You will also have to haul out all your damaged property because you can't use their garbage bin! BEWARE! Don't store anything you care about! read more

The people working there are nice and they try to be helpful. I have been renting since 2007, same unit (5x10) and I have watched my fee go from $49 a month to $116. I am not happy about that. I bought a lock from Public Storage several years ago when a lock had to been cut off my unit because I did not have the key with me. I was assured the PS locks were good and worked great with the units. After Hurricane Harvey (August 28) I was notified that the facility had taken on water and we were asked to come and check our units to see if we had any damage (2 weeks later. We went and tried to use our keys and the lock wouldn't unlock - keys fit fine, but the lock simply would not open. The manager told us that she had seen this sort of thing happened before and the lock had likely rusted and would not work. She said there was a person with PS who comes usually mid-month to take care of things like that. Long story short, he came couldn't get it pen either and said they could give me the name of the locksmith they use to come and drill it open. Really, it is October 9, no doubt if my unit has/had water everything is likely ruined! I am very unhappy and will be leaving for a newer storage unit that is also less expensive. Again the people working there were pleasant enough, but the service and the facility are not very good for what I am paying. read more
