I signed up 2 days ago with Emily, she was great in getting all set up. I stopped by yesterday to drop some stuff off and Dan and Jan were also very helpful. I mentioned I was a little worried about the bad reviews I read, and Dan and Jan advised they had just taken over the business in early 2019, seems like they have fixed a lot of the issues. Added climate control, changing the key pads so you don't have to get out of your vehicle and soon the app will be active to access via that. This establishment was a waste of my money. The male manager that runs the facility stalks his customers and threatens to call the police for no reason. The place is built like a maze and when asked for directions he only points and gives very little details. He seemed ok at first, then started acting like a total pussy and threatened to call the police after I told him that "I was in charge of taking care of my business not him" because he tried controlling my every move. This storage unit is easy to get to. Dan & Jan have been nothing but kind and respectful. They are under new management. They are also doing updates to the facility. The units are clean. New HVac is going in too. They have a lot of free items to use in your units. (Lock, shelves, and even the truck). The price for the unit I have is much less than the other locations that I priced out. read more

I have been renting from them for awhile now. Kim has always been kind, helpful, and attentive. I always see her cleaning if there is any thing needing tending to. Staff was so helpful and sweet. Coming from out of town, I feel very comfortable picking Mini Storage to keep my belongings.
