This place is AMAZING!!! I booked online because I needed a place to store my stuff for one month…read moreprior to moving out of my current home into my new home. OMG!! I can not rave enough about this place. The day I went in to pick up my lock/key and finalize my contract, the lady at the front desk (I forgot her name) was so kind, sweet, and so nice!! She showed me how to use the lock that they provide and walk me around to show me how everything works, access etc. You just have to return their lock upon departure- no charge!. This place is spanking NEW, CLEAN, and all units are A/C!! There's plenty of openings to enter to your unit.. whichever entry is closest to yours and she showed me which would be for mine to make it easier for me. Let me tell you.. the process of moving in/moving out of my current home, the stress and hours of endless packing for weeks.. and actual moving on a HOT day, this place made it so effortless that I actually enjoyed this part of the moving process most! We picked UPLIFT because it's close to our current home and it's a quick 5 mins to get to our unit to and from and pricing was very reasonable, hours of entry access reasonable. This was by far the BEST and EASIEST part of my move- taking the stress out of it. I know I only need the unit for one month.. but if I was to need it longer.. it definitely would be my choice long term. This storage facility is clean and the service is impeccable.. and an added plus.. they provide dollies to help you put your stuff to load to your unit so you can push your boxes to your unit if you don't have one.. (shared with others) OMG what a life saver.. it made our move in so easy and effortlessly.. I have to give kudos to management/owner/staff here as I remember the days of moving into a storage unit for my daughter's college summers on end and it was painful! This i would do again in a heartbeat!! GREAT JOB UPLIFT!! You won my vote and NO, nobody asked me to write this review but I have to give credit when/where it's DUE! don't hesitate to rent here if you are looking for a storage unit! prices are great, there are move in deals online, and you can't beat the newness and the customer service staff!! and who doesn't love a newly built place?! :-)

Then 9/15 I get a call from Sarah saying it will be auctioned on 9/18, I told her I couldn't pay until 9/19 when I get paid. She said if it's auctioned Thursday I could pay that morning of 9/19 before whomever won the auction comes in to pay. I got a call from Sarah 9/18 saying it had been auctioned, and she can call to see when the person was going to come get my stuff so I can pay before they come. She never called back so I called her back and she said the person wouldn't answer and had already came and got my storage. I'm so pissed at this point! I was trying to borrow the money so I could pay, all this caught me off guard! And they have the nerve to think I'm going to pay the difference! Pay the difference for what! they kiss my black ssa!
