I can understand unexpected troubles so I can't fault him for that. Brandon was SUPER apologetic for making me wait due to his car troubles. He showed me a unit (10x5) and walked me around. He set me up with the truck for free and explained all of the rules and everything. Brandon even checked on me when the office was closing and personally helped me finish unloading the truck and he moved it for me. To me, that's fantastic customer service. Also, the price seems right (this is my first storage unit). I quickly set up auto pay online and named people that also have access to my unit. My criticisms: -The wood moving cart I used was in very poor shape. Please spend a little money and fix it or buy a new one. -I only noticed 3 moving carts. With a large facility, I could see more than 3 people needing carts at one time. I would think a minimum of 5 carts should be available. Food for thought... -I have an inside upstairs unit and the hall door way is crazy narrow. I was very surprised. Just make sure items on your cart aren't wider than the cart and you're good to go.

Been renting the unit for a year or two. 10'x10' unit started off paying around $80 including insurance they require. About two years later, they raised the fee twice and I'm now paying $135/mo. The first raise, they said they were making updates to units. They added new locks to the doors for added security. From office staff was nice when I did interact with them. Not a bad place to rent from, just not happy about how much the monthly cost increased. Moving my stuff to a storage place closer to my house and cheaper, although I'm sure the new place will raise their fees as well.

They really don't maintain their facilities very well and they increase the rent quite oftenread more

The driveway was blocked off for a week and they still made sure the costumers were able to get into the storage units anytime they needed. Through power outages and road blocks these folks made sure this place operated as normal as it could and I will say that wasn't an easy task. We are down here only in winter so we have been customers for several years and keep a lot of stuff we care about in storage. There has never been a problem. The company keeps making price increases, some pretty extreme, and recently Timothy helped us identify a couple of discounts we qualified for. That definitely has helped keep us here.
