I called and called multiple times and could not get a straight answer from anyone regarding my refund for over 3 months. Finally was able to speak to the new manager at the beginning of January 2023, and he said that he would send the request up to corporate and they would issue my refund. I hadn't heard anything back for three weeks so I called today and the manager simply said "they aren't going to refund you, sorry." No further explanation so now I am out this money. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received. So unresponsive and so unhelpful.

Their lack of customer service is appalling. Just recently, my husband went to retrieve our RV so that he could bring it home for some repairs. He followed their instructions and left the car he drove in the designated customer parking spot. We had previously been scolded for parking another vehicle in our RV spot, so we complied with their rules. However, when he returned just a couple of hours later, the car was gone--it had been towed away! As registered members and paying customers, shouldn't we be entitled to certain privileges, such as having a secure parking spot? It is extremely frustrating and disheartening to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. The lack of consideration from the new owners is completely unacceptable. We strongly advise against renting from this place. The new owners have clearly shown a disregard for their customers and a lack of professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and customer-oriented place.
