I mentioned it felt higher than 80, and he had a flippant comment about Texas in July and August. Funny thing is I have lived in the houston area for 29 years and know this... but still not what they promised. When I got home they had cancelled my rental and are keeping $100 of my payment after less than 24hrs of rental and never walking into the unit. I called the Public Storage number listed but had to go through the new rental line as my account had been cancelled. I was able to get to customer help and register my complaint but they can't do anything about the $100 dollars or matching the $148 rental fee of the previous unit. Still had to rent a unit and did so but hope I don't run into the desk agent with no customer service skills.
