During the week I was there the team was very professional and accommodating to their customers as well as us. The driveway was blocked off for a week and they still made sure the costumers were able to get into the storage units anytime they needed. Through power outages and road blocks these folks made sure this place operated as normal as it could and I will say that wasn't an easy task. I signed a move out notice a few weeks prior to my move out. I was scheduled to be out of my unit by May 31st. I moved out of the facility but because my lock was removed on 6/1, the facility charged me another month's rent. You would think after being a good paying customer over the past years (between myself and co-worker) I'd receive decent customer service but this was not the case. After calling to get an understanding of why I'm being charged for an additional month, Susan said I needed to read the fine print of my close out form. If you're in our community of Katy, I'd advise you to take your business somewhere else where people have great customers service and look to help solve problems....not scam you on the fine print.
