The driveway was blocked off for a week and they still made sure the costumers were able to get into the storage units anytime they needed. I postponed the move-out for a week, and the elevator was still not working. After emptying my unit, I went to finalize my paperwork at the office only to find the door was locked and the lady behind the computer kept pointing to the sign on the door which only had a phone number. I called and of course, it went straight to voice mail. I tried talking to her through the glass but she kept making "no" motions. If it wasn't for the price hike, broken elevators, or exceptionally poor customer service, I probably would have stayed.

Climate control works and I never feel unsafe going here even at night knowing that I'm on camera and everything is gated. They have several different size units from ones you can fit RVs inside to the small ones with offices where you can run your small business they also have climate controlled and not climate controlled to meet your needs when I found them. They were the best price in the area and I randomly check to make sure that I'm not missing a deal somewhere else and they still continue to beat everyone in the area.
