They were the best price in the area and I randomly check to make sure that I'm not missing a deal somewhere else and they still continue to beat everyone in the area.

I didn't know anything about trailers but after going to trailer world the guys there really made life easy for me. First my leaf springs broke and the guys there already knew exactly what I needed without even looking at the trailer. Richard is definitely really knowledgeable and knows his stuff. If you have any questions about anything definitely talk to Richard. My trailer was also broken into and my locks where cut off, I tried ordering the latch online but that was a waste of time , they didn't fit. I went to trailer world and they had exactly what I needed including the bolts for the latch. I also put a 4 inch lift on my trailer and the price was very fair and the job only took two days. I did the wheel bearing on my trailer as well and now I get better gas mileage . This is definitely my go to place for anything trailer related. Miguel is also awesome as well and he is there in the parts department to help you with all the parts you may need for your trailer. Really cool guy, excellent customer service.

(10x15 space) After being there for about 5-6 months, the price jumped to $119 for the exact same unit, with no upgrades or changes. Now, the monthly rate has increased and is $164. Nothing about the storage space has changed only the price. Everything is done by phone, no attendant and the road is gravel. The numbers are wearing off the key pads. I don't see the additional cost value. What makes this especially frustrating is that the same size unit is currently being advertised to customers for close to what I originally paid. It feels like once they know you've moved your belongings in and are settled, they continue raising the rate, relying on the fact that most people don't want the hassle and expense of moving everything again. This pricing strategy feels predatory and unfair. Sunterra Storage takes advantage of customers who are already committed and inconvenienced, rather than rewarding loyalty. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for long term storage unless you're prepared for frequent and significant rate increases.
