Staff was accommodating and patient. I have been using Storage Choice for a couple of months and everything is good. There is an onsite manager round the clock and a lock is provided to you to use on your unit. You can add a second lock on your own. I think the only problem I had was with the app. I had previously utilized public storage at another unit a year ago and the system would not allow me to use the previous account information and I had to create a new account completely. I give five stars to the attendants at the location. And two stars for the IT people that created an app that cannot be adjusted to fit someone with previous history.

The response I got was that their cameras were "temporarily out of order" at the time the theft happened and all I got was an apology. I contacted upper management and they told me that there was nothing that could be done and that theft happens all the time.
