The facility was clean and orderly. The storage unit itself was very neat and clean. The prices are reasonable and I know personally it does not flood ( good thing to know ). A friend recommended I try Morningstar Storage, so I decided to give them a chance. When I got there I was welcomed by Ashanti, who poor thing was about to take her lunch! Had I not been in such a hurry I would have come back at a later time, but I truly needed to unload my car! She was so gracious about the inconvenience, and took real good care of me! Showed me a few options for different sizes so I could the right one! Walked me through the rates that happened to be great as they currently have specials on all of their units! She got me all signed up, and out the door in record time! I even offered to get her her lunch for cutting into her lunch time and even though she declined I appreciate how efficient she was! I highly recommend, this storage facility, they are climate controlled and offer insurance! Keep in mind you do need to pay for admin fess and potentially a lock, so don't get sticker shocked on your first months rent! It should be a one time thing so don't worry! I also witnessed another couple trying to find one as well. We both ended up leaving frustrated.
