I'm so happy to know that customer service actually means something to her. I've changed my mind about relocating my things to a different storage company that's closer to me. Here comes Tamika. "You have to unplug the light. It is a fire hazard". My overhead lights are out! I need to see. "You can't work here". I need to pull some stuff from my storage and I need to see. I got nowhere. And this isn't the first time. I have asked for someone from corporate to contact me. That hasn't happened.
