They answered all my questions about locks, security, etc. The units are neat and clean. You have excellent assessibility to any unit from the time you enter your code to walk in to your unit. A couple of times I put off making the drive to go into the store to make a payment. The messages left are not the least bit offensive... my bill, my bad, not theirs. I appreciate that. Friday, I expressed to Hailey that in my old age, I'm getting paranoid about going to my unit, alone. That sweet girl offered to accompany me. I'm so happy to know that customer service actually means something to her. I've changed my mind about relocating my things to a different storage company that's closer to me. Voicemail is all you get and then they call you back and leave weird messages. Prices never the same, my storage increased by 50 dollars and sometimes even higher depending on how they are feeling I guess because I've never experienced that type of arrogance before. Even trying to get corporate you can't reach them, there are so many prompts until you give up on trying to reach a human. Everyone is sorry you experienced this or that, yet nothing has changed. Here comes Tamika. "You have to unplug the light. It is a fire hazard". My overhead lights are out! I need to see. "You can't work here". I need to pull some stuff from my storage and I need to see. I got nowhere. And this isn't the first time. I have asked for someone from corporate to contact me. That hasn't happened. You try to call corporate and it routes you back to the local business - and Tamika. I am going to have to look for another space because of one employee.

When I got to my building the space was ok. There a mouse that ram from one space through mine to the next one. Now I know you can't do away with mice. But I was not expecting that within the first 10 Seconds. The trash can was all over the place. completely full and looks as if it had not been emptied in a while. The trash was out into the driveway. This was on the first day. There are holes in the fence not sure why. I don't want to bash the business. I want to stay with them. I just hope the facility can improve some things. I was a customer here years ago and actually in the same building and it was a nice facility. The facility has Bluetooth gate opener so you don't have to have a remote. Synopsis: Price is good/fair Facility needs a little sprucing up and some care shown. Never have seen on-site management. In touch with anyone there is no one at the front desk another person who has a storage room said there's no one ever at the front desk to talk to. The service is horrible.
