Voicemail is all you get and then they call you back and leave weird messages. Prices never the same, my storage increased by 50 dollars and sometimes even higher depending on how they are feeling I guess because I've never experienced that type of arrogance before. Even trying to get corporate you can't reach them, there are so many prompts until you give up on trying to reach a human. Everyone is sorry you experienced this or that, yet nothing has changed. When I got to my building the space was ok. There a mouse that ram from one space through mine to the next one. Now I know you can't do away with mice. But I was not expecting that within the first 10 Seconds. The trash can was all over the place. completely full and looks as if it had not been emptied in a while. The trash was out into the driveway. This was on the first day. There are holes in the fence not sure why. I don't want to bash the business. I want to stay with them. The facility has Bluetooth gate opener so you don't have to have a remote. Synopsis: Price is good/fair Facility needs a little sprucing up and some care shown. Never have seen on-site management.
