If I could give a zero rating, I would. When I went to get my Christmas decorations from the storage, there were RAT DROPPINGS everywhere! There was no food in my storage and no reason for the rats to have taken over. I was so disgusted. I called the storage company to ask them some questions. They never returned my call. My business had grown to the point I needed a storage building. The rate was good. Got the space crazy easy. I like the ease of the rental. When I got to the facility it was somewhat clean. When I got to my building the space was ok. There a mouse that ram from one space through mine to the next one. Now I know you can't do away with mice. But I was not expecting that within the first 10 Seconds. The trash can was all over the place. completely full and looks as if it had not been emptied in a while. The trash was out into the driveway. This was on the first day. There are holes in the fence not sure why. I don't want to bash the business. I want to stay with them. I just hope the facility can improve some things. I was a customer here years ago and actually in the same building and it was a nice facility. The facility has Bluetooth gate opener so you don't have to have a remote. Synopsis: Price is good/fair Facility needs a little sprucing up and some care shown. Never have seen on-site management. The complex that I rented a spot for my trailer and decides to change their hours now you can't get in until 9:30 in the morning which my work starts at seven. The sign on the gate says access from 6 AM until 9 PM but that's a lie. How could anyone expect that it's OK to change the hours without notifying everybody I just lost several hundred dollars because of their incompetence. read more

RENTER BEWARE! I rented a unit (at this Public Storage for 5 years. The unit was 10X30 and cost $300 monthly. That's $18K. Before moving out I inquired about the process. I was told by Richard that I didn't need to give notice and the cost would be pro-rated. I moved out on the 3rd and because I wasn't willing to pay $50 market increase. Now, they're charging me for the entire month. I wouldn't mind paying for the entire month if I hadn't been told that it'd be pro-rated. So, I called customer service to resolve the issue. I was on hold for 55 minutes before a representative answered the call. *see screenshots below* She told me that she didn't have the authority to resolve the issue and a district manager would contact me within 48 hours. It's been 24 hours and no call. My intention was to wait the 48 hours before I wrote a review, but I received a feedback request email from Public Storage. I filled out the form only to find out that there is no way to submit the form. No submit button anywhere. Just "Thank you for completing our survey. We appreciate your feedback" without typing anything at all! That showed my exactly how much they really care about feedback. Do yourself a favor and find another storage facility. There's nothing exceptional about this location. This facility is a perfect example of how shady and unorganized Public Storage as a corporation operates. I did learn to contact customer service before I engage with a company on a long-term basis. If you can't get a hold of customer service when you don't need them, you won't be able to get in touch with them when you do need them. I also learned that there are other storage facilities that won't ask for checking account info and bank routing numbers, like Public Storage will. Furthermore, there are other storage facilities where no obligation is actually the truth. The Public Storage website states that you can reserve a unit with no obligation, but they'll hit your card before the reservation is accepted. Horrible ending after 5 years of business. read more

Cost: I felt it was a little pricey per month but they have a great move in special to cut costs. I recommend for short term storage unless you have some serious valuables.(1-3 months) Safety: The place often seemed deserted and dark with some lights out. They fixed the lights but I guess the location just made it creepy so I wouldn't access storage alone at night. I didn't see any wanderers which is good. Overall, I felt like my things were safe and I was too. The grounds were clean, there was no place to really put trash which was odd. Staff and management: Very Professional and helpful, Richard and Sian were great! One day when I locked my unit incorrectly they called to inform me and another time they called me when they saw activity around my unit to make sure it was myself accessing the unit. I was aware of everything I needed to move in, but a little unclear on move out details. When I called they thanked me for my business and told me as long as I left the storage clear and unlocked I was good. I appreciated the thank you and would definitely consider this location if I need storage again. In closing, these were just my experiences but you should call them and you will see why I gave them a great rating! read more

I haven't even had services from this place but the staff themselves is all around amazing. My car broke down and they let me leave it in the parking lot until I could fix it the next day.
