When I arrived he understood that I was pressed for time we expedited the process pretty quickly. Took a quick look at the unit. Installed my lock. They uploaded my renters insurance quickly. I think the only problem I had was with the app. I had previously utilized public storage at another unit a year ago and the system would not allow me to use the previous account information and I had to create a new account completely. I give five stars to the attendants at the location. And two stars for the IT people that created an app that cannot be adjusted to fit someone with previous history.
