I rented a unit online, went early to unload holiday decorations, but my access code would not work. I verified the address numerous times. Spoke to 3 different people and basically stated that my access code wouldn't work, and the facilities that I'm looking at does not match anything online. For example, where is the second floor, and I rented an inside climate controlled. Where is that because all of these units that I see are drive up only. Danielle called me after I had already wasted an hour of driving and talking to public storage representatives. I demanded a refund but after talking to Danielle, I went back and kept my unit. PUBLIC STORAGE CORPORATE....some of us like to get a head start to our day and get things done, outside of office hours. Surely, you can find a couple of hundred dollars in your budget to put a sign pointing to all of the storage in the back off the side road. This would save a lot of hassle, frustration, and would keep Danielle from being on the receiving end of all of this. I hope you all actually listen to your customers because I know this cannot be the first time you have heard this. If I don't see a sign in the future when I drive up then I can only guess that customer satisfaction is not important to you.

As a disabled U.S. Marine combat veteran, I was deeply disappointed and voiced my frustration. That said, I want to personally thank Roxanne for stepping in and handling the issue with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. She listened. She understood. And most importantly--she resolved it. Then offered a discount for next month when I informed them how would that be convenient if I am leaving this month. The field was well kept and the seats and bleachers were all clean. You could see that the parking lots were being circled around by the officers to make sure no one's car was broken into.

We participated in a MLK day parade and the route ended here…read more Plenty of parking, building was new and in good condition and they had plenty of seating outside. They hosted several food trucks and it made it so easy to be able to sit and eat. The inside was nicely designed too, great room for presentations and a couple of restrooms too.
