This was an excellent experience. They came on a weekend despite last minute notice. They were flexible and quick with scheduling, even calling me when they had a surprise opening. Carlos and his helper were wonderful. Removed my old 36" range and installed my new 36" range. They were very careful not to bump my cabinets, woodwork, etc. when removing & installing the new one. They removed the door to the new one and laid out a blanket to place it and the burner grates on. After the oven was connected, they had to remove the bottom cover so that they could adjust the legs to ensure proper height and level, then reinstall everything. Couldn't have asked for a better job or nicer people. To top it off, they came at the last minute (they had a cancellation) on the weekend. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more

Called Carlos after seeing these reviews. They specialize in appliances. Needed a pickup of a 500 lb vintage stove in the Houston area and transferred about 20 miles. Everything was wrapped expertly, no dings no dents. On top of that, I had asked if he had any extra dolleys to put the stove on so we could move it. He put it in without asking for money. Solid guy. I can't begin to explain how great Carlos and his team were while not only moving a new refrigerator but removing my old one. Last minute I found out some friends were moving to Argentina and they offered me their fridge which was way nicer than mine on a Sunday when they had to leave the country on a Wednesday. I called up Carlos and for an incredibly affordable price they picked up the new fridge from the Heights, delivered it to Eado and removed my old fridge. This was done the next day on Labor Day! I have a townhome which does not have the easiest stairs but they navigated them with no damage to my walls and even disassembled and reassembled with ease. Super friendly, great if you have dogs and even made sure everything was in working order and to my satisfaction before they left. If you need an appliance removed or moved, call these guys. Awesome Service Experience! They arrived on time, wrapped and secured my refrigerator for the move. They moved the refrigerator from one house to another without any damage. Oooh-Oh! (This refrigerator was big and the doors on the house was to small for a French Door Refrigerator). Mr. Carlos had to remove the door to the house, also remove and replace the doors to the refrigerator to get it into the house. They have great attitudes, this man knows his stuff when it comes to refrigerators. He put everything back together, like new. They assured us that everything would be fine. We used this company to move a washer and dryer from an apartment to a house. The gentleman were on time, courteous, and very nice. Had I not been watching every move, my stainless fridge would have been dinged, bent and scratched. First thing they did was lay the door stainless side down on the utility trailer with NO protection. Then wanted to bring into the new location, started taking the front door off without measuring anything. First, the door opens 180deg, completely out of the way, nothing to be gained by removing it. Next, insisted on trying to bring the fridge that measures 34-1/2" through the net opening of 34-1/2". Thought we were going to come to blows in order to get him to stop and take the doors back off (don't know why he put them back on to begin with). Then inside a similar situation, but the reverse. Wanted to further disassemble it (but if anything happens, not his responsibility) but this time it would fit, another nearly come to blows moment to make him stop trying to take it apart, when he finally did what I asked - it fit. No thanks. Never again. read more
