*Looks both ways*…read more So... I'm a swamped grad student. I mean, I work at minimum 60 hour weeks, and that's not counting time spent in class. My husband, witnessing how stressed it was making me to try to keep up with household chores on top of it all thought that, sometimes, maybe we could bring in some help. But we wanted someone who used eco-friendly cleaning products, as I insist on doing. Someone who did a good job and didn't bother J, who works from home. We found our option here. After trying another service who showed up several hours after our appointment, we switched to KiG and haven't looked back. Our regular housekeeper is a delightful woman and seriously meticulous. The peace of mind she gives me is worth the cost, and my house always smells great when she's done. It may take me longer to afford furniture for my house as a result, but it's worth it to me to have a cleaner home! Definitely recommended.

I will be posting the pictures (that are timestamped) later today... what they did to us is over... if we can save just ONE more person from this company then my job is done... I called BEFORE the cleaning crew had even left the home. It's funny BRYAN is replying to this bc the woman on the phone was the only person who pretended to offer a solution to the complaint. She admitted to saying yes they would have to charge me more to finish... She admitted that I asked her to please finish the job. She then admitted she didn't have time to wait for them that's why they left. Thats when I hung up... this conversation again was 3 DAYS LATER!!! My mother is being accused of approving the work even though I was the one on speakerphone asking them to please COMPLETE it... Throughout the WHOLE ordeal the only thing we wanted was a completed job... a refund is nothing (especially when here we are Wed with no money back) No offense Bryan but you guys are just plain bad at what you claim to do... after posting this review i have had 13 people tell me that they would pay to NOT have you come out and clean for them again... and i should feel lucky you even showed up in the first place..

Dean from Amerisigns came out to make several signs for my wife's business. Initially we were…read moreimpressed with him since he came out, took a picture of our business, and helped design a sign for us on his laptop. This was impressive to us since it helped us build her brand. Unfortunately after getting the job, our experience with him was all downhill from there. Dean was tasked with re-using several letters of the existing sign at her place of business. It turns out upon delivery of the sign, Dean at Amerisigns did not bother to match the bulb intensity of the existing letters with the one letter he had to add. He was also unwilling to resolve the issue afterwards, claiming the bulb intensity would gradually fade to match the existing letters which was an outright lie as it turns out several months later. When we initially selected his company we did so due to his close proximity to our place of business. We thought this would help build a relationship where it would be easy for him to service us and our ongoing sign needs. Given this, we assumed that our previous experience with him was an honest and accidental oversight and chose to use his company again for a banner. We paid approximately $250 for a banner to hang under our pylon signs. He also agreed he would come out and hang the sign for us. Quite frankly based on the price we paid (which as it turns out is about $150 over what we could have paid), we believe that it was adequate enough to accomodate the cost of hanging the sign. He came and hung the banner, which lasted all of 3 weeks before a storm came and blew it down. My wife called him several times to come and fix it, and although he's only 1 block away from our business, he dodged calls and avoided the work. When he was enticed with more business (which now we will direct to other companies), he was interested but refused to fix his past mistakes until we paid him for more work. In short, don't work with this guy. It'll be tempting but he'll screw you over in the end.

We have used them over the course of 2 years to complete the above projects. The work was very good and the prices are competitive. The best part is our LED sign. We put it in the same time as a store down the street. The store down the street constantly has issues with the sign they have and the company they use take weeks at a time to come fix the sign and so far we have not had to deal with anything like that. We believe we ended up choosing the better LED provider in this case. The one time we had an issue, they came out right away to fix it. Overall the process was very painless. The design and redesigns where done via email and over the phone minimizing wasted time. We have also given the company name to other business people we know so that they can use the same company.

I had this center bookmarked fo a while, but had waited to make a trip. They have pretty good hours Monday - Saturday. All of my recyclables this time were easy lifts, so they have a drive-thru where you stop, and somebody comes and gets everything out of the car for you. Like a grocery pickup. They just do everything while you wait in your car. They also have the ability to take larger equipment. Some of those things you have to set an appointment for and certain items have to be paid for for them to take it. It's usually a very small fee just for disposal costs and things like that. Entirely worth it for whatever it is you're trying to do. Nothing here is expensive. Highly recommend if you're looking to offload some extra stuff that you're not using anymore without just chucking it in a trash can. They also have paper recycling and shredding services available. Check out their website and see if they'll take what you have.

I cannot recommend this business and, were it possible, would rate it zero stars. During my approximately 20 minute visit, two employees a white male and a Hispanic coworker engaged in a loud, heated, and public verbal argument right in front of me. The dispute became particularly unsettling when the white male employee began disrespecting his coworker. The owner's attempt to manage this volatile situation was inadequate and ineffective. She simply told the aggressive male employee to "walk it off," a directive he visibly ignored. This lack of managerial control and the obvious toxic work environment were alarming. The experience was so distressing that I briefly offered "Leo" a job on the spot as a hot shot driver, purely based on my observation of the gut-wrenching professional circumstances he was enduring. I chose this location as a temporary alternative because my preferred shop was fully booked, but the negative experience has ensured I will not be returning.
