Within one hour they were already loading the items on the truck. There was a mix up with the items that I needed to be removed, as I was in route to the house and not there just yet, but they never once complained or became impatient. They were very friendly, respectful and fast. The price was very reasonable and they were able to accommodate the extra items that was needed with no hesitation. Julius replied to my yelp message right away and we set up an appointment. Julius and an employee came to the property on the day of the appointment even though it was raining. Julius had tools like a saw and a tool for removing paver stones which enabled them to remove all the junk easily. They had to trudge through the mud to get this all done, and there were even some surprise hornet's nests to deal with. I can't recommend this company highly enough if you need junk hauling. I was moving from a 4th floor apartment with an elevator to a third floor apartment with no elevator. My total was $200, which didn't seem bad at first. They sent two movers. The movers were 20 minutes late, although we'd confirmed the time three days prior. The movers themselves were kind, and they worked quickly; it took them two hours to complete everything. They did not come with the right moving equipment. I think they rented a U-Haul and used the dolly that came with it. They didn't tape any of the drawers shut, wrap anything in plastic, or even strap my items to the dolly while they were moving them. At the end of the move, one of the movers directly asked me for a tip. It felt a bit uncouth, but I was already going to tip them so I wasn't deeply bothered by it. I tipped each mover $50. I later realized they broke my dresser in several areas. The whole thing is very wobbly, the drawers stick, and there are areas where I can see clear damage. I'm going to have to get a new dresser altogether, which is upsetting considering I paid and tipped them a total of $300. I would not consider booking with this company again. I wish I could get a refund so I can put that money toward a new dresser.

The girls packed and Keith and Luis moved everything to the truck. They literally ran everywhere they went from 8am-5:30pm. For the second move, it was a week later and it was all of the remaining furniture. Keith, Luis and one other guy showed up with a truck at 8am.
