*First, the Gentlemen Who Provided the Service: 5 stars*…read more It's hard to put into words how exceptional Carlos and Jean were. Not only were they communicative about their ETA, they: - asked through questions about exactly what was to be removed and explained the estimate to me in a concise, professional manner - handled the job efficiently and with absolute precision - showed up with smiles on their faces and calm, kind demeanors. They could tell how stressed I was feeling and met that stress with warmth, encouragement, and support far beyond the call of duty. During the short 10-15 minutes they were on site, both gentlemen checked in with me to make sure I was personally doing okay and to ask if there was anything more they could do to help. I can't speak to the rest of the Weebble crew, as this was my only experience using the company, but I can wholeheartedly say that the two men that helped me are assets to any company they choose to work for. *Second, Ease of Booking and Scheduling: 5 Stars* Carlos and Jean's work aside, the booking and scheduling process was exceptional, too. Within minutes of my extremely last-minute booking request, I received a text to coordinate the exact timeframe and an explanation of the services/bid process. I was able to ask questions via text (if you prefer, you can also choose to communicate via phone call) and received prompt, complete responses to each question. Thank you so much. I was and am blown away by the adept and excellent work provided by Weeble and its employees from start to finish. Absolutely worth every penny.

Andre was supposed to show up and provide the estimate. They never showed up. I called Andre on his cell phone and all he could do was give me excuses. Andre never showed up. No phone all. Nothing. Don't waste your time on Junk King Houston.

Crew was very efficient (note: we had everything neatly organized, which they appreciated). The price was competitive based on my research and payment was easy. We would definitely use them again We also like that they (according to their website) recycle 70 percent of the discarded items. We had a hand constructed potting bench that we no longer needed, but hopefully it will be upcycled with some TLC by them or someone who wants it. Our City of Houston has heavy haul, but they NEVER come when they say they will, sometime not for weeks and weeks. We had a lot of stuff and we did not want for all the rains we just had to soak our stuff, nor did we want our stuff to kill our grass and stain our sidewalk.

I used this moving company twice and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience…read more The first time I hired them was to move my boxed items into storage. At the time, everything seemed to go smoothly and I believed my belongings were being handled properly. About 3-4 weeks later, I hired the same company again to move my items from storage into my new home. After unpacking most of my boxes, I discovered that two cases of Crown Royal were missing, which was extremely upsetting. Later that evening, when my TV installer arrived to set up my television, we also discovered that my 65-inch Sony Bravia TV was badly cracked. I immediately contacted the company and spoke with someone named Drake to report the missing items and damaged television. I was then informed that their policy only pays $0.60 per pound for damaged or stolen items, which was very frustrating considering the value of the items. Shortly afterward, the company deposited $28.56 into my account as compensation for the damages and theft. This was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I trusted this company with my belongings, and the outcome was very upsetting. While this may be standard policy for some moving companies, I have used other movers in the past and have never had an experience like this. Because of this experience, I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.
