Not only were they communicative about their ETA, they: - asked through questions about exactly what was to be removed and explained the estimate to me in a concise, professional manner - handled the job efficiently and with absolute precision - showed up with smiles on their faces and calm, kind demeanors. They could tell how stressed I was feeling and met that stress with warmth, encouragement, and support far beyond the call of duty. During the short 10-15 minutes they were on site, both gentlemen checked in with me to make sure I was personally doing okay and to ask if there was anything more they could do to help. Our City of Houston has heavy haul, but they NEVER come when they say they will, sometime not for weeks and weeks. We had a lot of stuff and we did not want for all the rains we just had to soak our stuff, nor did we want our stuff to kill our grass and stain our sidewalk.
