I am so happy I went with L&R to remove a garage full of cardboard boxes, packaging, old decor, old furniture and junk after redecorating my entire house. They responded to my quote request immediately and gave me a good fair estimate after I sent pictures. They were out the next day and had the entire garage cleared out super fast. I prefer supporting small businesses, especially family owned and operated. They took pride in their work and were super friendly. The service was A++ and exceeded my expectations. I was so shocked at how affordable the service was because my junk filled an entire dumpster. Will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

I used L & R Junk Removal to haul away a LOT of stuff due to moving: furniture, all type of junk, etc.. The guys never stopped picking up items, breaking down all large items to make sure everything would fit in the 20 yard dumpster. The owner was quick to reply to my initial request and questions. And I like that the rate is by the dumpster size, workers included, not by hour - huge plus! The entire team, owners and staff, were very nice! read more

The crew helped with an eviction clean out. Very responsive and job was thoroughly done.

They are the cheapest in here and they picked my old furniture on time will be using them again ...I highly recommend them

L&R removed a mattress, box spring, and metal frame for me. Their quote was less than half their competitors' rates ($120-180), a bargain. Most companies told me they'd send 2 people. L&R sent about half a dozen. It took them less than 10 minutes to get my trash out of my home. AND they helped move a new mattress into my home, too. I'll be calling on L&R next time I have heavy trash I can't put in my dumpster. They're extremely affordable, highly efficient, polite, and very professional. read more

I am giving them a 5 star review and I di not use them. I had them hired for final clean out of trash and/or unsold items from my Mother's home. Their communication, email scheduling worked great. Never had that from a junk company before. Ended up selling most of the junk items, so had to cancel they understood and were just great. read more

Had a fabulous experience with L&R Junk Removal and would absolutely use them again. They were quick to reply to my text requesting an estimate to clean out my garage, punctual showing up at the time we arranged and even generously swept out the garage once they were done. They also didn't try to adjust the price from the estimate we agreed on via text - the first junk removal company I've used that honored their estimate. Support this local business! read more

Goodness - THANK YOU!!!! I had a queen size bed set I needed to be removed not knowing I couldn't donate it. L & R were very polite and courteous and very much within my budget. I was very surprised to find out how much others wanted for a bed removal Nancy worked with me and did not in any way make me feel badly about helping me stay within my budget. The team she sent were quick, polite, and very efficient. They took all of about 7 minutes total! Thank you gentlemen, I appreciate you. FROM 2018: L&R removed a mattress, box spring, and metal frame for me. UPDATE (2020): I've hired out L&R before, so when I needed a mattress hauled off, I knew these guys were the ones to call. I knew a couple of my neighbors had some heavy trash to get rid of, so we all joined in for one disposal job. Even though it had been more than a year, the owner, Mike, remembered me. His quote was competitive and affordable. On top of that, Mike offered a return business discount, for which I am grateful. They showed up on time, even though it was 5 o'clock and traffic was nasty. There were about half a dozen employees on duty (they're a family business--I can't explain why I find that reassuring, but I do), so they removed everybody's stuff and loaded it all onto their trailer in no time at all. They were fast, efficient, polite, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better service. The amount my neighbors and I chipped in to pay for the service was low, and I had to insist Mike accept a tip. I've recommended L&R to other people, including my property manager who has used them numerous times, and I highly recommend them to you. read more

Booked quickly and easily for next day pickup. Crew arrived on time, polite & efficient. Reasonable rate. Would definitely use again.

I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with the services provided by the team at L & R Junk Removal! I got bids from 3 different companies such as this one. Mike came out to give me an estimate and he was on time. That made a wonderful first impression. The quote I received was excellent. On the day the work was to be done the team showed up on time. They all wore masks & were very kind, professional & patient. The junk removal I needed was NOT pretty or easy. They completed the task with 0 complaints. Even when I got emotional due to the magnitude of why I needed their services they provided words of encouragement. At any given time there were 4-5 people working on this endeavor. No matter what I needed done they took care of it. L & R worked on my junk removal for 3 days. Each day they had the same level of enthusiasm & professionalism. What I love the most about this company is that it's family oriented. I'm also proud to be supporting a small business. I've already referred many people to them! I wish I could hire them for more but they've already done it all! A million thanks to L & R! I suggest you book them ASAP! read more

This place is great! We had a delivery scheduled for a new sectional sofa in the afternoon, but we still our old one in our living room! I called L and R Junk removal around 10:00 and after they did a little rearranging of their schedule, were at my house by 12:00 and finished in about 10 minutes. Service was great. I Called and they picked up same day! Gave me a quote over email. Staff was friendly and professional!

I contact L&R on yelp for an estimate to remove 2 old TV's. Their quote was 40% less then ANY of the 12 companies that bid on the small job. Mike contacted me after I replied and set up the appointment for a Saturday and there was NO weekend/after hours charge. I had to reschedule the day of due to work and Mike got right back to me and rescheduled with no issue for the same great price! Communication was super easy via text and Mike and his crew where fantastic, on time, very personable and polite! I am very cautious and was hesitant to use a company I didn't know into my home but was super comfortable and I would highly recommend giving them a call. I will definitely use them again! read more

They were awesome! They came and picked up all the items I had and charged me what they had estimated. They came out quickly and even swept my garage when they were done! 100% recommend! read more

I wouldn't normally leave a negative review. But this seems more like a constructive criticism/qualm. L&R was very responsive when it came to getting estimates. However, I set the appointment for removal of my mattress for 6pm and I requested that they give me a call before entering my building. A little after 6pm, I received an email that the team was running late. 20 minutes go by and they finally showed up. The men were very fast and efficient, I just wished that they showed up on time. I contacted the business to see if I could get a discount for the untimely arrival, however the delay was blamed on weather conditions/traffic. I wish that they would have been a bit more sympathetic as I myself had to meet them as I was in the process of moving and my mattress was one of the few items left in my place. I purposely picked a later time so traffic would not be an issue as I live near downtown. read more
