He and his son arrived the following week (this fell over Christmas and I had company; otherwise, I'm sure he would've come much earlier) early! I was able to schedule pick via emails for the next day which was convenient. We needed a basketball pole hauled away. Simple enough, but the problem was the pole had been set in the ground with three bags of concrete and the pole had been filled with sand.
