My second time with Junk Services Houston and Rick got the job done in a fast, timely, and professional manner. I sent him some photos of my office and he gave me an estimate of 5 loads. He showed up on time with his crew, started the job and finished 4.5 loads in one day. If it's half a load, then it's half the price of a full load. He is dependable, reliable, and honest. I will definitely call Rick whenever I need to get rid of any junk. Before and after pictures are from one area. He cleaned out 8 other areas too, hence 4.5 loads. read more

Genuine professionals! Rick and his crew are top notch. This is the business you want on your side for life. From start to finish, their service was excellent. Punctual, focused, fast, friendly, but not too friendly. A+ all around. A true gem found right here on Yelp. Rick was very respectable of me and my mother's space. You never wish for more junk, but you will wish more people took care of their customers like this. Thank you Rick! read more

I had a ton of boxes remove after a move.. I've used the other guys and I can't stand the up-sale. Rick came and provided excellent straight forward service at a very fair price. He is a real nice person too. read more

We had some items that we were not sure where to dispose of them and also a bunch of other stuff. We decided to see about hiring a junk removal company. I looked online and found this company. I was able to schedule a pickup with Rick on my schedule. I cannot say how very, very pleased we were with the service. On time, friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. Can someone please produce a clone of Rick for other services that a homeowner occasionally needs! I say that because of the frustration of trying to get anyone out to look and give price quotes on several things we have wanted done in the past. Needed a tree taken down once and had the most difficult time getting someone to even show up (and this was not after a hurricane or anything like that that would have all the tree people busy). Needed a roof repair, same story. Needed fence put up, nada. So to deal with someone like Rick is such a relief. Very professional. read more

I needed a few pieces of furniture removed to make room for my new furniture. I called and spoke with Rick. I sent him photos of my furniture and he sent me a quote within an hour. He and his son arrived the following week (this fell over Christmas and I had company; otherwise, I'm sure he would've come much earlier) early! They removed my old furniture quickly (I'd venture to guess they were in and out in less than 15 minutes). They were very careful when removing the old stuff and made sure not to hit any walls or drag it on my carpet. I paid Rick via a debit card after my stuff was loaded (it was nice not needing cash). It was quick, simple, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing junk removed. read more

I could not recommend Rick & associate highly enough. They did an A+ job on a very short notice. On top of the speedy fast response time, Rick was extremely helpful and considerate in helping us emptying the apartment of a family member who had passed away. read more

Reached out to Rick on a Friday evening with a small job we needed done ASAP. Not only did he respond that night, but also made it out to our house the next morning and was right on time. He removed/loaded up a full size mattress, box spring, large rug, and small charcoal grill in under 20 minutes and for a very reasonable price. His punctuality, courteousness, and professionalism was so appreciated during an already hectic/stressful time. We would happily recommend Rick to other customers and will use him again in the future when the need arises. Thank you!!! read more

I highly recommend Junk Services Houston for all of your moving needs. We had a very heavy couch that had to be taken down several flights of stairs and carried across a large parking garage, and Junk Services completed the job very efficiency. The movers were also very professional and arrived exactly in the time window they said they would arrive. Also, I should mention that they were very good at communication and let me know when they were on the way. Lastly, I thought the price was very reasonable for the job they did. I would definitely use Junk Services Houston again. read more

Sent a message on Monday about picking up a few furniture items for disposal and we scheduled Wednesday at 10:30AM for pick up. Arrived on time and was efficient and fast on removing the furniture. They were professional and made sure that they didn't bump into a doorway or walls while moving my junk out. They even picked up additional stuff on top of what I originally listed when I contacted them. It was $200 for the pick up. read more

We had to fix our house due to a storm and finally won the insurance battle. We couldn't afford the expensive dumpster as it wasn't alot to even fill said dumpster. We decided spur of the moment to clean our neglected garage on a Sunday morning. We realized we had a ton of "junk" to get rid of, but no where to take it on a Sunday. We called Junk Services and they arrived to our house within 45 min. They loaded all of our junk and hauled it away. The price was extremely competitive. They were extremely professional and proficient. Junk Services will be our go-to for all of our removal needs. We cannot thank you enough Junk Services. I contacted Rick via yelp and he provided me an initial quote of $200 for 2 reclines, 1 love seat and 1 queen bed frame+mattress. I was able to schedule pick via emails for the next day which was convenient. We decided for a pick up in the morning after 10am and he called me at 9:30 that he was on his way and showed up at 10:30 sharp. He reduced my quote to $140 since I didn't want to give away the bed! Great service over all! read more

I recommended these services as they came to my house and removed my old deteriorated large bulky BBQ pit and other small items at the price I was quoted. Very professional services in a nice marked truck that clearly matches the business name. Thanks Rick for a job well done ! read more

Very fast response, professional, quick. They definitely got the job done. Highly recommend them

I texted Rick about a rental property I needed cleared and got a fast response. He met me on a Sunday morning prepared to work with his trailer in tow. He offered me a no-nonsense quote and said it was firm and he would not upcharge me, and he didn't. I left and he began work immediately. When the job was done, he sent me pictures of everything, and I was able to pay him electronically using Zelle. I will hire him again, as well as recommend him to family and friends. read more

Rick responded very quickly with a competitive price and quick service. I reached out on a Saturday night and Rick and one of his guys were out at my apartment the next morning to pick up an old sofa that I needed to get rid of quickly. Very nice guys. So quick. They did an awesome job getting 12 years of trash I'd built up, out of my place in about 2 hours and at the same time going up and down 3 flights of stairs. Highly recommend! read more

This guy Rick was 100% legit. I would definitely recommend him. He was kind, courteous, he gave us a fair price quote, and he shows up on time and he does a great job. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do, I will definitely use him again if I ever need trash hauling services ever again. There are a lot of trash hauling companies out there, that are very shady and they will cost you time, money, and cause aggravation. Do not waste your time searching for someone, this is it, this is the one you need. You will not be sorry that you went with Rick's services. Thank you Rick you've been a tremendous help! :-) read more

We needed someone fast & reliable, since we had a mess in our rental property, and needed the trash out ASAP. Called Rick, gave him a short notice, and was not expecting such a good customer service. Rick was responsive, kept me updated when he was planning to arrive, specially since we had a horrible rain storm, got there on time, was really professional & took all the trash. Great price, overall great service. read more

I contacted Junk Services Houston to remove a couch this past Saturday. They responded right away and had the best price from all the places I contacted. Two gentlemen showed up to pick up the couch. Rick embodies every quality of an amazing business man, but more importantly a person. Saying that he is kind, honest, timely, integral and hardworking would be just the start in describing what he is from my view point. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and was handed a nightmare situation when someone chose to severely abuse a property I own in Houston. Being from out of town and not of the male species, I worried that I would be the prime target for savages to feed. Well, Rick made it his mission to be the exact opposite. He is fair and the work that he and his crew did for me was beyond anything I could of asked for. You WILL NOT be disappointed WHEN you give this man your business. read more

Did the online Yelp request to get a quote. Very happy with the response. Junk Services was prompt, courteous, convenient, accommodating and reasonably priced. They hauled all my trash away; even had an app to process my credit card payment. read more

Excellent service, professional and very affordable. I sent an email requesting a quote and received a response right away and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. We needed a basketball pole hauled away. Simple enough, but the problem was the pole had been set in the ground with three bags of concrete and the pole had been filled with sand. The job was a bit more than they originally thought but Rick stayed true to his original quote. I will definitely use their service again. read more

Rick and his team just left our offices. What a fantastic job! Appointment was easy to set. They arrived on time, sent insurance to our building company, gave a fair estimate. What you would expect, but rarely find. They get 5 stars for three reason. 1.) Accommodated my need for a Sunday pick-up with no extra charge. 2.) were very careful to not harm our offices and helped move some furniture within the office at no extra charge. 3.) After loading our stuff came back with a price lower than the estimate. Honest, respectful, hard-working, and easy to deal with. Could not ask for more! *** Needed to update review. I mistakenly had one item of furniture removed. Called Rick the next day and luckily he had not been to the dump yet. He returned the item at no extra charge. read more

Fantastic service, they were able to squeeze me in the same afternoon! My "junk" was in small piles all over the house, they gathered everything up and out to their trailer with no issues. Pricing was fair, I would definitely recommend to any needing some trash removed. read more

I purchased a house recently and the previous owners had left behind a decaying old hot tub. I have been dreading trying to remove this thing since I moved in but at some point it had to be done. I decided to give Rick a call just to see if was worth paying to not do it myself. From the very first phone call Rick made me feel comfortable and confident that he would get the job done. He was able to complete it and load up within 45 mins and provided me pictures showing the job was done. I will absolutely use Rick again if I am in need of his service and highly recommend you do the same! read more
