Not only were they communicative about their ETA, they: - asked through questions about exactly what was to be removed and explained the estimate to me in a concise, professional manner - handled the job efficiently and with absolute precision - showed up with smiles on their faces and calm, kind demeanors. They could tell how stressed I was feeling and met that stress with warmth, encouragement, and support far beyond the call of duty. During the short 10-15 minutes they were on site, both gentlemen checked in with me to make sure I was personally doing okay and to ask if there was anything more they could do to help. Called a few places a few weeks ago to have a mattress set picked up. Weeble was not only the most affordable but also the one most willing to confirm a price before coming after I submitted a photo. Never knew that junk removal companies typically price jobs once they arrive. Had everything scheduled for yesterday and really appreciate all the confirmation messages before the appointment. The only thing that confused me was all the appointment info said it was be AT 8am. However, the text exchange with a company rep said it was a 2 hour window starting at 8am. I understood that it would be done before, or at, 10am. At about 8:45, they texted to say they were coming between 10-10:30. Then at 10:45 I reached out to see what happened and was told they'd be there by 11:30. I was slightly annoyed because I was on a tight moving schedule but I also realized things happen beyond people's control. They definitely made up for it when they arrived. They parked, loaded the truck, sent me an invoice, I paid and they were off in less than 10 minutes. All in all definitely not a bad experience and I'd use them again. read more

So I had removed and replaced a microwave in my place and usually I pay for someone to come and do the work, but figured it would be a fun learning and bonding experience for my son and I. (it was... kinda) Well, the trash service doesn't pick up old appliances. So I turned to Yelp (yay for the home services section!!) to find a suitable alternative. Weebble actually wasn't the original company I contacted, but because Yelp has this nifty little "get other quotes" option, it sent the request out and Weebble was the first of several to respond. Literally within minutes of hitting "send" They weren't the least expensive option (they weren't the most expensive either), but the prompt and courteous response, plus willingness to pick up the next day (on a SUNDAY-- they actually offered, I was expecting sometime during the week) was enough to book them. The two young men who showed up to actually pick up the old appliance were extremely polite and friendly, they even called ahead to give me a time frame as promised. During that time I called three times and no one could give me an idea of when they would arrive. They just continued to say someone would call me back but none one did. Needed to clear garage after ten years of collection. Unable to park vehicles in it any longer. Contacted this company and got a quick response and scheduled an appointment. They came out in the actual truck and quoted prices based upon the amount that you fill it 1/4 space at at time. They did a great job of letting me know my status as I filled the truck so that i could op to stop at a certain money value. I thought i was going to need no more than half the truck and ened up filling the dam thing! Where did this junk come from? What made this job great was that the two gentlemen that where charged with the removal of all this junk where very patient with my wife and I. We didn't want the garage emptied due to the fact that there where items that we wanted to keep so they allowed us to sort through the garage and point out what was junk and what was staying. They moved what was staying in order to get to the junk. They where very helpful and never once made us feeled rushed or complained. They didn't try to tack on additional charges for removal of rims and tires like other companies did. They are simple and straight forward....1/4, 1/2, 3/4, full truck set price! Weebble responded literally within minutes with a very reasonable amount to remove an old sectional sofa. I scheduled them to come out the next morning between 8-10am; Carlos and one other guy came by right at 9am and were very nice/professional. The sofa was on the second floor with a difficult turn halfway down the stairs; the guys were super careful and did a great job maneuvering to avoid denting the wall and ceiling.
