*First, the Gentlemen Who Provided the Service: 5 stars* It's hard to put into words how exceptional Carlos and Jean were. Not only were they communicative about their ETA, they: - asked through questions about exactly what was to be removed and explained the estimate to me in a concise, professional manner - handled the job efficiently and with absolute precision - showed up with smiles on their faces and calm, kind demeanors. They could tell how stressed I was feeling and met that stress with warmth, encouragement, and support far beyond the call of duty. During the short 10-15 minutes they were on site, both gentlemen checked in with me to make sure I was personally doing okay and to ask if there was anything more they could do to help. I can't speak to the rest of the Weebble crew, as this was my only experience using the company, but I can wholeheartedly say that the two men that helped me are assets to any company they choose to work for. *Second, Ease of Booking and Scheduling: 5 Stars* Carlos and Jean's work aside, the booking and scheduling process was exceptional, too. Within minutes of my extremely last-minute booking request, I received a text to coordinate the exact timeframe and an explanation of the services/bid process. I was able to ask questions via text (if you prefer, you can also choose to communicate via phone call) and received prompt, complete responses to each question. Thank you so much. I was and am blown away by the adept and excellent work provided by Weeble and its employees from start to finish. Absolutely worth every penny. read more

Excellent work and would def rehire. I called and he shows within 2 hours. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called a few places a few weeks ago to have a mattress set picked up. Weeble was not only the most affordable but also the one most willing to confirm a price before coming after I submitted a photo. Never knew that junk removal companies typically price jobs once they arrive. Had everything scheduled for yesterday and really appreciate all the confirmation messages before the appointment. The only thing that confused me was all the appointment info said it was be AT 8am. However, the text exchange with a company rep said it was a 2 hour window starting at 8am. I understood that it would be done before, or at, 10am. At about 8:45, they texted to say they were coming between 10-10:30. Then at 10:45 I reached out to see what happened and was told they'd be there by 11:30. I was slightly annoyed because I was on a tight moving schedule but I also realized things happen beyond people's control. They definitely made up for it when they arrived. They parked, loaded the truck, sent me an invoice, I paid and they were off in less than 10 minutes. All in all definitely not a bad experience and I'd use them again. read more

So I had removed and replaced a microwave in my place and usually I pay for someone to come and do the work, but figured it would be a fun learning and bonding experience for my son and I. (it was... kinda) Well, the trash service doesn't pick up old appliances. So I turned to Yelp (yay for the home services section!!) to find a suitable alternative. Weebble actually wasn't the original company I contacted, but because Yelp has this nifty little "get other quotes" option, it sent the request out and Weebble was the first of several to respond. Literally within minutes of hitting "send" They weren't the least expensive option (they weren't the most expensive either), but the prompt and courteous response, plus willingness to pick up the next day (on a SUNDAY-- they actually offered, I was expecting sometime during the week) was enough to book them. The two young men who showed up to actually pick up the old appliance were extremely polite and friendly, they even called ahead to give me a time frame as promised. It was overall a very pleasant experience! read more

I can't believe how expensive trash removal is. But Weeble gave a cheaper rate than anyone else and they were very efficient with right kind of truck for the job. Many thanks read more

I booked an appointment for junk removal service. I was given a three hour time slot. I waited for the driver for the full time slot. During that time I called three times and no one could give me an idea of when they would arrive. They just continued to say someone would call me back but none one did. Ultimately, no one showed up or called to give me an explanation. I wasted a whole afternoon and now have to find a last minute back up plan. read more

What a Great experience from start to finish. The gaL that coordinated everything was very prompt and got it all lined up for me. The guys were early and called to check if that was ok, which worked great. They were very friendly and efficient! Took care of the trash in my storage in 3 trips. I needed a very heavy sink removed. This company had great reviews and I decided to try it. I texted them the picture of the sink and they responded within 30 minutes! They were able to come to my home the next day and remove the sink. The pricing was competitive and they were excellent with all communication and instructions. They were in and out in less than five minutes and I was able to pay with a credit card and they texted and emailed me a receipt. A great company! Wonderful customer service! Very friendly crew! I would highly recommend this company. read more

I am in the process of selling my house and had several pieces of junky furniture I needed to clear out as well as some homemade fencing that needed to go. I contacted Weebble through yelp and got a response within minutes. They came to my home as scheduled and provided me with an estimate. The price was very reasonable, much better than the 1800 company I used three years ago. We agreed on the price, and they were able to start work immediately! They even went the extra mile to disassemble the fencing, plus they cleaned up after themselves nicely. The owner and other employee with him were friendly and easy to work with. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I'll definitely contact Weebble for future jobs! read more

Xavier was so nice when I was scheduling the estimate and clean up. Also - the price was amazing! Almost 1/2 the price of Junk King. Carlos was one of the removal people and he and his co-worker were prompt, nice, and efficient. I had them do some concrete removal, but when they arrive I asked if they could also take about 30lbs of popcorn ceiling debris... and they did it for free! read more

Needed to clear garage after ten years of collection. Unable to park vehicles in it any longer. Contacted this company and got a quick response and scheduled an appointment. They came out in the actual truck and quoted prices based upon the amount that you fill it 1/4 space at at time. They did a great job of letting me know my status as I filled the truck so that i could op to stop at a certain money value. I thought i was going to need no more than half the truck and ened up filling the dam thing! Where did this junk come from? What made this job great was that the two gentlemen that where charged with the removal of all this junk where very patient with my wife and I. We didn't want the garage emptied due to the fact that there where items that we wanted to keep so they allowed us to sort through the garage and point out what was junk and what was staying. They moved what was staying in order to get to the junk. They where very helpful and never once made us feeled rushed or complained. They didn't try to tack on additional charges for removal of rims and tires like other companies did. They are simple and straight forward....1/4, 1/2, 3/4, full truck set price! We now have our garage back. Our vehicles paint job thanks you. Great experience! read more

Excellent service. They were quick to respond, quick to schedule and sent me reminders for our appointment. They were on time, fast quote, super friendly, and super fast service. They even worked in the rain to haul my stuff out. Would absolutely use them again. read more

We had a load of trash and debris left over from a move. I would guess it amounted to about 5 pickup loads. We hired Weebble because they were the first to respond to our request - and we were in a hurry. From the first telephone conversation to the departure of their truck the experience was nothing but exceptional. They were polite, timely, clean, and efficient. They aren't the cheapest game in town, but if you want someone you can count on to do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it, these are your guys. read more

I used the Yelp feature to request a quote from another business but checked the box for multiple quotes. Weebble responded literally within minutes with a very reasonable amount to remove an old sectional sofa. I scheduled them to come out the next morning between 8-10am; Carlos and one other guy came by right at 9am and were very nice/professional. The sofa was on the second floor with a difficult turn halfway down the stairs; the guys were super careful and did a great job maneuvering to avoid denting the wall and ceiling. Definitely recommend and will use again if needed. read more

Very impressed with the prompt service along with helpful & courteous crew. Will do business with y'all again because of Rafael, Alex & Oscar! read more

Quick response and fair prIce. I needed some old furniture picked up and they were able to do it the same day. I would use them again.

They are so good and fast! I asked them a quote from Yelp to dispose of my old Sofa and it was gone in 1.5 hours!! It was lucky that one of their crew was working near my place, but they were also super fast in response and quote, in which I could close the deal in 20 minutes. Furthermore, the guys were friendly and were also quite professional not to make a scratch in my room. Highly recommended. read more

I called this morning at 9 and had an appointment for early afternoon. I was told they would give me an estimate and I could decided to use or not. I received a call to verify the appointment and window of time. They called 20 minutes before their arrival. Francisco and Xavier were both polite and professional. They came in looked at the items and gave me an estimate which I accepted. They were in and out in 20 minutes. I definitely will use again when needed. read more

The call center representative seemed new, which is not a negative; however, she was very pleasant and wanted to ensure that she obtained my correct information. Xavier and Francisco called me when they were in route to my home. They were very nice and professional. They removed the items without incident and honored the quote at the time of payment. The price was very reasonable. Overall the staff and service was great! Would definitely seek their services again, when needed. read more
