I had put 4 photos and listed all the items that needed removal, including a metal shed that needed to be broken down and removed. Rene Beltran from Road Runner Junk Removal responded with the lowest estimate. The other estimates from other companies were outrageous, so I had to go with Road Runner (especially since they already had a higher Yelp star rating than all the others that had responded). Rene and 2 other guys showed up around 1:30pm and finished within 2 hours. I've included 4 "before" pics and 3 "after" pics. $375 was my final total of metal shed (tear down/removal), items inside the shed, about 6-8 fence posts, a pile of cut branches from the nearby tree, and a small dead lemon tree.
