They were able to schedule me for a free quote the next day at a time that was convenient for me. This whole process was very smooth and the level of communication was incredible. I received a text 30 minutes prior to my scheduled time informing me that the crew was on their way to my house. I then received another text when they were 5 minutes away. They are called Speedy for a reason! They are fast, thorough and do more than they promise for the price estimate provided! Following Hurricane Beryl, a 328 foot perimeter old chain link fence was completely destroyed by fallen trees and wind related damage. Other service companies quoted 3-5 days to remove the old fence and clear the area so that a new fence could be installed. Speedy said they could do it in two days maximum and likely one day. ONE DAY! Their quote reflected this and we decided to give them a shot. Wow ... They showed up with their crew, surveyed and discussed among themselves the steps they were going to take and then took executing their plan. They methodically packaged the debris for efficient removal and then hauled it off. Most was done in six hours! What impressed me the most about them, however, was there attitude to go above and beyond. During debris removal, they discovered other hazards and issues not covered in their quote. This debris was in their way, so they took care of it because it needed to be done at no extra charge. They strive to do a complete job as intended, not as quoted. Smart business. It didn't affect their time as they managed to finish the job in less than provided in their proposal. Speedy Recycle Junk Removal are professional, very nice people to do business with and know what they are doing in dangerous situations where junk removal has to be done carefully. My older, unrepairable treadmill that was damaged recently by one of our many power surges, needed to be removed from one of the rooms in my home. This is a family-owned and operated business - husband, wife & brother. They notified me via text of their arrival time. In addition, they were focused on the job at hand, respectful of my property and most of all prompt and courteous. If there was a ten star option I would give it. We were moving and had to be out of the house by 11:30. Brandi at Speedy listened to our needs and went above and beyond to make it work for us. On top of this when they found something of value they contacted me to make sure it had not been misplaced by me and put it to the junk pile by mistake.
