They arrived exactly as scheduled and worked quickly while taking great care with our belongings. They provided TV boxes, mattress covers, and wrapped all furniture to ensure nothing was scratched or stained. They even helped combine smaller boxes into larger ones and made sure nothing was left behind. The team disassembled all our furniture for transport and reassembled everything upon arrival, placing each item and box in the exact rooms we requested -- even positioning furniture and wall art just the way we wanted. They were meticulous and organized in both loading and unloading. They also transported one of our cars in an enclosed trailer for a very reasonable price. Best of all, Ricky and his team were cheerful, polite, and helpful from start to finish. After a long day of loading, driving, and unloading until nearly 2 a.m., they still had the same positive attitude they had when they arrived that morning. When I busted the warehouse, I was distressed to see it stored on end and there was much damage on that end. The shades were thrown in garment bags and returned wrinkled. My husbands ties were thrown in a box and returned unwearable. They broke two men's valets, the spines of hundreds of books and over 50 picture frames. They tried to leave without properly assembling our bed because they lost some hardware. They paid us nothing because we had a $1500 deductible and the damaged books were irreplaceable. We made no claim for the book bindings because it would destroy any remaining value. Use at your own risk.

I was moving from a 4th floor apartment with an elevator to a third floor apartment with no elevator. My total was $200, which didn't seem bad at first. They sent two movers. The movers were 20 minutes late, although we'd confirmed the time three days prior. The movers themselves were kind, and they worked quickly; it took them two hours to complete everything. They did not come with the right moving equipment. I think they rented a U-Haul and used the dolly that came with it. They didn't tape any of the drawers shut, wrap anything in plastic, or even strap my items to the dolly while they were moving them. At the end of the move, one of the movers directly asked me for a tip. It felt a bit uncouth, but I was already going to tip them so I wasn't deeply bothered by it. I tipped each mover $50. I later realized they broke my dresser in several areas. The whole thing is very wobbly, the drawers stick, and there are areas where I can see clear damage. I'm going to have to get a new dresser altogether, which is upsetting considering I paid and tipped them a total of $300. I would not consider booking with this company again. I wish I could get a refund so I can put that money toward a new dresser.
