She spoke about current deals that were being offered and gave us a very good quote and deposit. Mr Edwyn and two other gentlemen showed up right on time. I've dealt with other movers who you could tell just wanted to run the clock and waste time and get you to spend way more. These guys were amazing! No messing around, they came in ready to work and got it done! Very nice and kept me informed about any issues that came up while moving. Very careful of all the furniture, wrapped and handled everything with care. The deposit was low and the ending price was awesome! We did go over our time by an hour and it was still very reasonable for everything they did for us. Highly recommend these guys! Give them a call, you'll appreciate their prices and services.

Ricky Discount Movers recently moved us from Houston, TX to Thibodaux, LA, and I could not be more…read moreimpressed with their service. They arrived exactly as scheduled and worked quickly while taking great care with our belongings. They provided TV boxes, mattress covers, and wrapped all furniture to ensure nothing was scratched or stained. They even helped combine smaller boxes into larger ones and made sure nothing was left behind. The team disassembled all our furniture for transport and reassembled everything upon arrival, placing each item and box in the exact rooms we requested -- even positioning furniture and wall art just the way we wanted. They were meticulous and organized in both loading and unloading. They also transported one of our cars in an enclosed trailer for a very reasonable price. Best of all, Ricky and his team were cheerful, polite, and helpful from start to finish. After a long day of loading, driving, and unloading until nearly 2 a.m., they still had the same positive attitude they had when they arrived that morning. This is hands down one of the best moving experiences we've ever had. I highly recommend Ricky Discount Movers without hesitation.

My husbands ties were thrown in a box and returned unwearable. They broke two men's valets, the spines of hundreds of books and over 50 picture frames. When we arrived at my storage facility, we were met with something completely unexpected, my belongings had been severely damaged due to an infestation at the storage facility. I was unaware of the situation and was completely shocked to discover that rats had destroyed many of my personal belongings. The movers explained that because of the extent of the damage and infestation, they could not safely pack everything. Despite the circumstances, the team showed incredible compassion and understanding. Knowing I was already overwhelmed especially being pregnant and dealing with such a stressful situation they still did everything they could to help salvage and move what was possible. Unfortunately, some items had to be left behind because the damage was simply too severe. I was moving from Southwest Houston to the Galveston area, nearly an hour away, and despite the unexpected delays and challenges, the team worked quickly to load, transport, and unload my belongings at my new apartment.
