Their lack of customer service is appalling. Just recently, my husband went to retrieve our RV so that he could bring it home for some repairs. He followed their instructions and left the car he drove in the designated customer parking spot. We had previously been scolded for parking another vehicle in our RV spot, so we complied with their rules. However, when he returned just a couple of hours later, the car was gone--it had been towed away! As registered members and paying customers, shouldn't we be entitled to certain privileges, such as having a secure parking spot? It is extremely frustrating and disheartening to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. The lack of consideration from the new owners is completely unacceptable. We strongly advise against renting from this place. The new owners have clearly shown a disregard for their customers and a lack of professionalism. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and customer-oriented place.

I've been in/out of several storage units in the area since 2016 due to the oil & gas downturn and this place, by far, has been THE BEST experience. The facility is always clean, never dirty, well-maintained, and secured adequately with the app being required and individual gate codes used for each unit. It may sound over the top, but when my safety and security mattered most earlier this year, the PS team stepped in to assist as best they could and helped me begin anew with one less worry. I refer anyone I can to any Public Storage in this area. I may have too much junk in my trunk, but my junk is welcomed at Public Storage without judgement.
