Darrell was professional and super cordial on the phone and was quick to explain their prices, the process and the estimated print time. After a quick email with my printing attachments, he was able to call me back and give me a realistic timeline for my print job. In less than 24 hours, he was able to produce several high quality print jobs on foam board (36x24) and charged me $60 each. While I'm aware they're not cheap, they're not nearly as expensive as any print job I dealt with back in NYC. (#1) Plus, the work was again, outstanding. While I used them for boards / posters, I know they can handle far more complicated print projects. Their services also include business cards, marketing brochures, books / booklets, maps, blueprints, charts, menus, t-shirts, and even laminations. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. The difference with Hector was that he was willing to refer me to other services without any bit of a hard sell. He was forthcoming with my requests on a sudden print job and was good about setting my expectations without deliberately disappointing me. This location is able to get all of that done and more. It's also one of the only stores in the area that has its own (small'ish) parking lot. I'm not sure how they monitor it on the weekends, but it's got plenty of traffic during the week. Yet, I've never seen more than a handful of people in here and thus I'm never concerned about lines or anyone hogging machines. It's also clean and organized, which is always a bonus. The customer service isn't the warmest. I get a very transactional feeling whenever I'm talking to someone behind the counter. The prices are already spendy, especially for simple prints and urgent send-offs. The latter is understandable, but the staff could always be a little friendlier knowing I'm about to drop big bucks for a small shipment. Ultimately, I'm not mad at this location and can see myself utilizing them a lot since I'm in this part of town (way too) often.

Got in my car and started it up and realized I hadn't paid! How embarrassing! Today I visited this location as I had a Wayfair return that the FedEx location on Holly Hall had refused because it would not fit in one of their FedEx boxes.
