I came to Staples to have custom table mats completed for my goddaughter's graduation party. Before arriving, I was told by several people that the service could be done, and this was confirmed again when I arrived. However, one representative later told me that he would not complete the order. I asked to speak with a manager, and Amarie immediately stepped in. She listened to my concerns and assured me that she would personally make sure my order was completed. When I returned the next day, Renarda was in the Print Shop finishing my order without hesitation. Amarie and Renarda made me feel valued as a customer by listening to my concerns, honoring the commitment that had been made, and taking personal responsibility for completing my order. Their professionalism, accountability, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. They made sure the table mats were ready for my goddaughter's special celebration. This is what leadership, management, and excellent customer service look like.
