I ordered some big signs for a piece of property that I'm putting on the market myself. don't know much about signs or how to install them. Philip dodd The Owner made the signs in a hurry. took a photo off of Google Earth marked out my property on it mark the street Everything came out great. They install signs and offered me that service. I told him I wanted to do it myself, so he added grommets and gave me the big zip ties to zip tie it to the fence and gave me advice about that. I really appreciated the good service and the information I learned a lot if you need signs, you need to go there now. read more

I'm going to have to agree with Cyd D.'s post. My experience here was not a very good one at all. I constantly have to call them, EVERYDAY, to check on my order that was supposed to had been complete weeks ago. Our business moved into a new space and the signage is of great importance, but weeks later (after Javier told us it would take 10 days) we're still playing the waiting game with them. I made the payment IN FULL on 5/31/2017. It is now 6/30/2017 and we still have no signage, no accurate installation date, but plenty of run around excuses from them. This is unacceptable business practice. We will not use these guys again. read more

I communicated with the office first via email, sending the requested lettering for a double-sided single color 18x24 sign. I then drove to their office to deliver a check for half the cost. That was on a Monday and I was told it would take 7 to 10 business days. (Printing for TEN yard signs was going to be done in Dallas!) It took two days to get a proof, which I only got via email after a phone call to the office and when I did get it, it was wrong. I sent a correction but never received a final proof in writing. Called their office again on Friday. Still no final proof but was assured the signs would be ready by the following Friday. Their office did not call me when the signs arrived. I only found out they were available for pick up when I called the office to ask about the order. When I picked up the signs that Friday afternoon, they had been printed WRONG and the Houston office had printed tape to tape over the incorrect lettering. Fortunately the manager sympathized with this poor service and will write off the balance due. read more
