Impressed with the service I consistently receive here. The staff is very helpful. They will make…read moresure you ship or mail your items in most economical way possible. They also accept USPS labels. They always have a pep in their step and don't drag out each transaction even when the line is long. They will also help you load and unload heavy items if needed. I have returned AT&T equipment, shipped baked goods to customers, mailed bulk items and returned lots of clothes to online retainers. No issues, not even once. The location is really good although on a busy strip and I can usually get a spot right in front of their door. I will continue to frequent this business.

The employee assisting me was a young, petite girl wearing glasses. I did not get her name. Throughout the process, she was noticeably impatient and short with me whenever I needed clarification. Rather than taking a moment to explain the steps, she seemed frustrated when I didn't immediately understand what needed to be done and had questions. Her attitude made me feel rushed, uncomfortable, and almost as though I was being a burden for not being familiar with the process. Employees need to be able to assist customers with varying levels of experience, and patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy should be expected, especially when someone is navigating a service for the first time. I left feeling disappointed by the interaction. I hope management will address this concern and reinforce the importance of providing respectful, patient, and helpful customer service.
